            My office was contacted by 411 Direct Assistance. My Clerk was first asked if she would consent to having the call recorded. My Clerk agreed as she had no idea this would later be used against her.. 411 asked my Clerk if she had the authority to make any purchase for my company - my Clerk said yes - not knowing that she just consented to the 411 purchase. 411 Staff asked my Clerk to verify my business information. My Clerk complied. 411 then said they would send an invoice and my Clerk mistakenly believed that once the invoice was received by the office, myself, the owner, had the option to agree to pay the invoice or not, on my approval. 411 has been in contact with the office via telephone calls and emails - all in a harassing and threatening manner. 411 maintains that my Clerk agreed to pay the invoice once submitted as verified by them from the voice recording. I believe we were in essence ******* by 411. 411 maintains my Clerk verbally agreed to pay the invoice once submitted even though my Clerk has no power to purchase without my authority. I seek your assistance in having this issue resolved. Thank you for your help, ****** ** *********
