I'm a YP customer and have been unable to update my profile for a week due to "system issues." **************** has been unhelpful, with an SLA of "as soon as possible" and advice to "try again next week." Tier 2 support is unavailable. I find this situation unacceptable as someone with an IT and marketing background. Do NOT recommend paying them even for a profile on the website.

This was the worst service and experience we have ever experienced in 20 years of being a business professional. We could not even access our account for almost 2 months when we first tried their digital services and have been completely and utterly disappointed with their service and offerings which is completing misleading and false. It is a total scam whereby I tried for 9 months to cancel my plan with them and my Account Rep simply never responded back to my email. Then after attempting to contact customer service several times they only transfer you to another department where you wait for over 30 minutes to then get disconnected. I finally after 10 minutes managed to speak to a manager who then assured me to be finally transferred to someone who can once and for all cancel this absolutely worst and most frustrating business service I have ever dealt with. They make it impossible to cancel the 1 year term and the very worst part is they do an AUTOMATIC RENEWAL without even advising you. You only do a verbal agreement on the phone and don't even receive a copy of the contract! IT IS THE BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

I wish I had read what everyone else had posted prior to engaging in business with Yellow Pages. They are just a complete scam. They are not operating legally in ****** as they are unable to provide me with an invoice for the $945 I paid for advertising. They have only provided me with an invoice for $45.97 but took $945 from my credit card, "May and June's invoices are the official invoices for your 2024 advertising program as no other invoices will be issued."Honestly, the whole organization seems like a scam. Hopefully, you'll be one of the smart ones to read the reviews first.

Small Business Owners! Please do not work with Yellow Pages. Their customer service is run by incompetent and bully mindset people backed by their small print contract agreements. They will not care about your business concerns, issues, as none of that matters for Yellow Pages.I contacted their customer service to provide me with alternative to the $200 per month, they said that contract now can be matched for $45 per month. We agreed to accept it, signed the pdf files they sent, and sent it back to them, but they never received the new signed contract because it was denied by their email server file size restrictions. Instead of finding a way for us to resend the contract, they stated that if I want, I can cancel the service but still need to pay for the remainder of the contract. I took the ignorance from Yellow Pages as my opportunity to cut ties with a company who has no consideration of what make sense and what is needed to have a customer happy with their service.The only thing matters for Yellow Pages is to tied you to their not performing contract, small fine print to make sure they get their money but didn't care much about the outcome. Yellow Pages is not a company you want to partner with if you want to ensure your company success and best interest. Read all their reviews, all real ones are negative. Some positive are from their own employees or paid reviews. Please stay away from Yellow Pages and I hope that a new company with good value , good service, and business practice can take over their role in the industry.

Horrible fraud of a company impossible to deal with on April 6/2020 I cancelled all services that the contract was up on but they said the last portion was still under contract so I agreed to pay until that contract was finished they keep billing and automatically renewing contract every year even though the request to cancel was made today is April 25/2024 and Im still receiving monthly bills and they refuse to cancel until May 2025

Employees will harrass you just to make a sale. I wanted a free listing and that was all. They called me and emailed me three days in a row to sell me on the exact same service I denied each time. Horrible waste of time and horrible customer service. I called back and told them to take my ad down if this is how they do business. Do not recommend total waste of time.

DO NOT USE YELLOW PAGES: They have the worst customer service I ever had to deal with. I am not happy with my web page performance. I tried to cancel my contract and they told me that can't happen. I asked them if I died would they still continue to debit my credit card. " Absolutely Yes" is what I have been told. It is appalling that Yellow Pages appears more concerned with extracting money form a defunct business than respecting the legitimate request of a struggling small business owner.

This company is horrible. We have a false review on the yellow pages website. The review it's self has wording that proves it is not real. I have tried for years to have this review verified. It is impossible to reach anyone at this company.

I used Yellow Pages for advertising my business for almost 6 months. never shown in any search engine through a Yellow Pages, simply waste of money, tried to cancel the contract. they basically said it's one way. you stuck with wasting the one year contract. Don't use the Yellow page for advertisements. it's simply SCAM!!!
