              I have had troubles receiving any of my items ordered from ****** between March 19th 2024 and April 5, 2024. Intelcom supposedly continue to have issues delivering anything to my address and I repeatedly continue to receive notifications such as "delivery problem" "undeliverable". This is the first time experiencing these issues with Intelcom. I hope Intelcom will rectify this. ****** customer services placed me on the phone with them to resolve this issue and it is yet to be resolved. The telephone interaction was extremely stressful and confusing. Apparently, there is a zoning issues pertaining to changes within their organization and it's affecting ******** Ontario delivery services where I reside. It's extremely stressful knowing this issue is yet to be resolved. Every single one of my items were returned to the sellers. The poor customer services received was surprisingly very frustrating. I hope that Intelcom will resolve this issue. ****** has advised this is Intelcom issue.

              We had a delivery person throw our package at our brand new screen door and smash the glass out of it. We contacted the company requesting reimbursement for the damages and they are refusing based on the fact that we do not have a video recording of the delivery. We were in our back yard when the delivery was made, our screen door had no damages. Upon delivery the glass was completely smashed. We have requested a manager call us but have received no response. This company is unaccountable for their gross negligence and we would not recommend them at all. We are disabled seniors now having to repair the damages inflicted by their delivery person. Dishonesty at its finest.
