      We purchased some fleece online. As per the website, we ordered the amount which was required. Upon receiving the material, all but one were cut to small. I have contacted them many times and have received one email back. If I get ahold of someone, they say they need to contact the shipping department and promise to call me back which they never have. They have my home number as well as my cell number. This has been ongoing since October 20th. They requested I send them pictures and measurements which I did. Their response was that the amounts were correct and that they sent what I ordered. Only one was correct and it was actually 1 inch over. According to the website , they are suppose to be 64 inches as this was the only size option. One they sent was 54 inches , one was 43.5 etc. I have requested a refund twice and can't get any response now. It is past the return deadline but I have tried numerous attempts, prior to the deadline, to get ahold of someone by calling and emailing. I have left voicemails as well. I do not want a credit as I am requesting full refund.

      The customer, ****** ******* bought from us, for the first time, 5 different fabric order # ****** on Oct. 7th/22

      On Oct. 20 she emailed us that we made a mistake with the order. We apologized if there was any mistake, but asked her for pictures and measurement of what she had received, as per our policy.
      The customer sent us the photos. There was no mistake at all from our part, all fabric were ok and we actually shipped her more that she paid. Probably ****** measured the width instead of the length. We explained all that to her.

      We include the width in the description on our website, each fabric had the width of the fabric as follow:
      FF765-137 59" (150cm)
      FF773-CHR 59" (150cm)
      FF774-069 59" (150cm)
      FF775-005 64" (162cm)
      FF775-004 64" (162cm)

      When we asked for her measurement: she replied:

      ANTI-PILL FLEECE PRINT - OUTBACK - FIR - BLUE 54"x67"

      ANTI PILL FLEECE PRINT - FRESH - SNOWFLAKE - PINK 65"x59"

      ANTI-PILL FLEECE SOLID - ICY - CHARCOAL GREY 43"x59"

      ANTI-PILL FLEECE PRINT - OUTBACK - SNOWFLAKE - BLACK 54"x68"

      The other fleece that came with the order isn't a contribution to the situation since it was just a blanket for my dog.

      She ordered 1 meter from every fabric.

      That doesn't make sense except that we shipped her more. She order 1 meter (39') length of each fabric.

      It seams that ****** doesn't have experience in the fabric. We like to keep all our customers happy, as per the return policy, we can take the fabric back with 10% restocking fees.

      I am rejecting this response because: we actually had someone making the items who is more than qualified in knowing how to measure !!!! I will not send back as by the time I pay for shipping and the so called "restocking fee", I may as well throw them out !! If they had handles this accordingly from the beginning then I could have returned the material to a store. After MANY attempts on my part, they would not call me back or respond to voicemail or email ! They responded to one email. I feel they had no intention on fixing this. issue.

      As I mentioned, all the 5 fabric sent were more than what you have ordered according to the different width of the fabric.

      You ordered 1 meter each and as per the picture and measures that you have sent, we have shipped more than 1 meter of each fabric.

      Placed an order February 28 2022. ********* has lost the items and Fabricville will not give me a refund. The order is valued at $218.18
