I ordered online some clothing item.one of them a skirt came with a defevtive zipper that cannot be opened therefore cannot be worn.i have sent an email to the customer support as well as a message on facebook messenger but have receive no response.Business response

I have been attempting to contact this business for weeks to return merchandise but they are unresponsive I am now stuck with about $100 of clothing that I don't want, but cannot return because they don't have a customer service, or answer calls or emails. I just a refund for my order and I'll donate the clothes at this point.Business response

We would like to inform you that the customer returned the merchandise to us and was refunded on January 4th (please see attached proof of reimbursement). We spoke to the customer by phone today, January 19th, and she confirmed that she was refunded.

I purchase from their site in July, my order arrived and I returned a few items. ORDER VM-00086051 I completed the return form online and received my Canada Post label. As instructed I dropped the package off to a Canada Post mail box on July 15. I kept checking the status of my return on the Canada Post using my tracking number and it was left with no update that it was received by Canada Post. I followed up with Canada Post about this issue and was told I need to contact **** **** (Bestseller) for them put in a ticket as they have insurance on all returns and the Canada Post employee did let me know that this does happen quite frequently. The only contact us information on the Bestseller website is an email, I put in a request for them to contact Canada Post right after I got off the phone with them (august 4). I have been going back and forth with Bestseller since that day to try and rectify the situation and for them to put a claim in with Canada Post. I have emailed them a few times as they are ignoring me my request and email. I have asked to speak to a supervisor or to be provided with a phone number to speak to someone and do not hear back. I would like a refund for my return as I sent it back via Canada Post and the package was never scanned in and is lost.
