    To whom may concern I would like to report a complain that I had about SIB célestes store_**** *** ***** ********* ** On April 8,2023 I bought a dress for 160$ which was a bit loose but because I like the style of the dress I decided to take it to a tailor and ask how much will it cost if I fix it. I also told about my decision to the seller and I asked her clearly can I take it back before 10 days and she confirmed. Also she said it’s written on the receipt that you have the right to return and get refund for that if it’s in the good condition which was not true and after receiving the receipt I saw the sentence which says refund is not possible. At the end it was too expensive to fix that dress so I decided to take it back on April 15,2023, which is 6 days after I bought it and the seller of refused to take it back. she removed a thread of a dress and she said because of that I won’t do the refund. the dress is untouched and perfectly maintained. In addition the seller had very disrespectful attitude which was not acceptable by me at all and I need an explanation for this behaviour and I expect the company to refund me because the seller simply lied about that. I attached the receipt of purchase and I can send the dress to the brand or company to check the quality if it’s needed. Also, I put a voice message on April 15 between 2 to 3 pm for *** ( the day that I went to the store to take the dress back) as a proof of the day that I went to the store to take it back. Thank you for your consideration in this matter **** *********
