This company is a total garbage. If I have an opportunity to rate them 0 star I would. After waiting for 4 months for dining table, product came damaged. Immediately notified them, they asked me to wait another 3 months for replacement, I didnt wanna do that so opted for refund. They can only refund me if the item is picked up from my place which I understand. But unfortunately carrier they use is useless like the B&G. He is not responding. So we don't know when they will do it. No time line. So many follow **** man I should have never purchased their products. Please do not waste your time you will regret for sure. You will never see an organization so low quality like them. It's absolutely shameful that they have a business licenceReview from Stephanie S

This company is a total scam, ordered a table and bench four months ago and have yet to receive and no update on the order. Their reasoning is that they cant find a shipping company to ship to my address which is absolutely absurd. Cancelled my order and waiting to get my money back.Review from Karen B

Leaving this review so that others don't get fleeced.Ordered 1 item of furniture on Aug. 1, which was on a backorder for a month - that's fine.Received confirmation that the item was ready to ship Sept. 28, much later than expected, but that's fine. At the end of October, after reaching out we finally get confirmation that it is shipping for real. But there is no tracking, no updates. Now it is the end of November and I have contacted both Bois et Cuir and the shipping company multiple times, with no answers. I have no idea where this item is, or even a rough estimate of when it could arrive. If you want to avoid months of terrible customer service, avoid this company. It legitimately feels like they are running a scam.Review from Brittney S.

This by far was the most unprofessional business that I have ever dealt with!I just recieved my order that I placed 6 months ago!!! I was told it would take 2 months! I was given excuse after excuse- when they finally had the decency to respond back to my emails!There was no form of compensation once so ever! They told me my ************** were in but just missing two arm chairs I asked if they could then pls send me what they had and they said I would have to pay the shipping fee!!! I then cancelled those chairs and said ********* me all the same chairs then to make it faster this had no response for weeks then they finally did, but it took another 2 months despite them telling me they were in stock!They then proceeded to try and blame the delivery company which in fact was a lie as I had spoke to one of the reputable men delivering. All and all a horrible experience I honestly thought it was a scam and tht I would never recieve my shipment! BEWARE!!!!Review from Desiree L.

Order placed in July 2022 and they bill right away (not at shipping like most companies do). When the back instock dates were pushed back months and I saw posts on social media of people have problems with orders and refunds and I asked for the order to be cancelled on September 12th. Email and follow *** were not answered. I messaged on Instagram and was told September 14th it would take 1-2 weeks to 'process' a cancellation. I've never heard of a cancelation taking 2 weeks. Follow up emails have gone ignored. A follow up on Instagram September 25th said it would be "processed soon". September 28th and they have not cancelled or issued a refund. I have filed a claim with **** and awaiting ****'s response. This business is a scam.Review from Karlee R

This company clearly has no care for their customers. Weve been waiting for benches for over 5 weeks now with no tracking number. Each time Ive emailed them they tell me my order will be shipped next week. Weeks come and go and nothing. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. They clearly do care about their business reputation or integrity.Review from Santana C

Waited 9 months for a table that never came and all of a sudden it was lost in the mail. Then they barely respond to emails, I often have to send 2 to get a reply. Got most of my refund and had to call around for over a month to get the rest of it. Still haven't gotten it...never again.
