Scam! No one in their network has ever even heard of them. They sell this as insurance, but it is a saving plan that no one takes. You save absolutely nothing. Do not sign up with this company unless you like to throw money in the street.Review from ss s

I signed up for a consultation and I was charged prior to anything medical consultation or approval. This is not the policy on their website. I would like a full $99 refund for the service I didnt receive. Asked for help in the chat and the person did not respond to my questions. This is a scam and it is taking peoples money.Review from Millstream R

I paid 90$ for an evaluation which they returned when they found out they cant offer the service Im requesting in my province. Seems like a stand up company to me. I wish we could use them in NB.Review from Suzie C

I absolutely do not recommend using this company. The lack of action and communication is infuriating and I'm beginning to question the legitimacy of this business. Both a customer service representative and their website explained a provider should be in contact within 72 hours it has been OVER TWO WEEKS since I give them my credit card information and all information needed to process my request. There has been no attention paid to my request by a medical provider within this timeframe. I have called and emailed more times than I can count and still havent heard back. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!Review from mgst k

I have been calling livewell repeatedly, but they are not responding. Actually, there isn't even a phone number to call. They work solely online. ****** needs to prevent these scammers from coming into ****** to protect desperate consumers. They do not have a phone line, do not meet their "72 hour response" claim, overbill, bill without authority, collect information that could get them a credit card and who knows what else in your name, do not list how your personal information is protected, etc. This is sheer manipulation and abuse.Review from Brande W

Scam! Called multiple companies that were supposed to be in network according to the Livewell Care website and representative that I spoke with. I tried both the vision and dental providers. NONE of them actually accepted the plan. This plan is a ripoff! It was sold to me as insurance. When you get the information in the mail, it says it is not insurance but a savings plan. Took my money and got nothing in return.
