Hey there, I have now called Zara every single day for over two months. There is a major problem with my order and quite frankly I’m sick of explaining it to everyone. When I call Zara on a daily basis, they tell me a manager will be calling me back within 48 hours. It’s been two months. No one has called. This is severely unacceptable can somebody please Phone me to discuss. I am sick of writing emails and calling your company. I will be going to the news outlet next.Initial Complaint

I took an item I bought at Zara back to the store in the exact condition I received it in and they refused my return telling me the item was missing an inside tag they required in order to return it. As you can see, there is a tag on the inside and the price tag is still attached. I took the item back to the store the same day I received it and followed their refund policy exactly and they refused my refund because they told me the item I received should not have been sent to me in the first place without this “missing” inside tag.Initial Complaint

AS they are claiming it was never deducted. Once they get that no from **, they are willing to pay back. Zara was provided with Transaction ID given by ** ****. Now they need written proof from ** ****. As per their system , this amount was never deducted. If they get proof, they are ready to return that amount. Please see the attachments as proof. **** *** *** *** Zara messed up shipping label and package was delayed.... Then I got package and with holidays etc wanted to return 2 items out of the 6... We were a couple days beyond 30 days but due to the shipping label error on Zara side, they approved it and said I would get email with approval to show store for return or a return label... Called back later after receiving nothing and now told I cannot return?!? Customer service manager ****** ******* called and after I explained the entire story she said "it prob wont happen" and "5% when I call back I can help but wont happen" WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS?!?! I need to return 2 items that were approved... Zara needs to approve ASAP like they said originally....conveniently they have no log of that call...Initial Complaint

I had purchased an order on 11-Nov-23 and it was delivered on 13-Nov-23. A lot of the items had looked different than they appeared online, and most of it was either too small or too big. So I had initiated a return and dropped off the package on 8-Dec-23, within the 30 day return window using their pre-paid shipping labels sent to me. ** ***** ****** *** ********* ** ************ I still have not received a refund for the items, and they are ignoring my emails. Live chat agents keep telling me a manager will follow up, but no one has. According to consumer rights policies, as long as I have shipped back the items in original condition, i am entitled to a refund within 30 days of shipping it out with the use of their labels. it seems that ****** **** has lost my package as it has still been in transit for over 30 days now, with no movement. Hi there, I am reaching out to dispute a transaction. I purchased two items using my **** card and ending up returning them both in separate boxes. I have received a refund for one of the items but not the other. The company, Zara, is saying I never returned the other item. However, I have a return receipt from ****** **** and both tracking numbers show that the items were delivered back to Zara. I have brought my evidence to them multiple times now and they continue to deny me a refund. I sent the item back and want my refund. To clarify further, the total dollar amount of my transaction was $206.51 for two pairs of boots. I received a refund worth $90.29 for one pair. So I am requesting $116.22 for the other pair that I sent back. Zara is saying this other pair was never delivered back to them so they can’t issue a refund however my evidence proves otherwise. I returned items of a value of $700 to Zara within the time that I was allowed to. My purchase date was November 19 and the items were sent back November 21 and received November 24. I used the QR core they provided for the return. The tracking number shows that it was delivered 2 days later, way within the time frame to return. Zara claims they did not receive the package, even though on ****** **** it clearly shows that it was returned and signed for. They refuse to refund me. I reached out to them over 20 times, asked to speak to a supervisor, no return from them. I even opened a case with ****** **** and they confirm the items were returned with a proof. Zara is not collaborating and addressing my concerns nor refunding me the items.Initial Complaint

I purchased the items from Zara on September 12 2023, they shipped it out on September 13 2023 and I received it on September 20 2023. ***** ************ The return policy states that you have 30 days to return the items. Normally Zara order returns are done online, you go online, a pop up comes up that asks you to select the items you wish to return and they send you a return label. I had two orders I wanted to return that day, the first one went through fine and when I went to do the second one (the order in question), it didn't give me the option to submit a return. I called the customer service line at the time and no one answered so I searched for a Zara email and emailed them with my issue. Two days later I got an email back that said I had emailed the wrong department at Zara and to call the customer service line. I called the customer service line and they said it's too late as my return window was Oct 13. I explained that I tried on Oct 13 but the system didn't let me so I sent an email and they said it doesn't matter because I emailed the wrong department and I was now passed the 30 days. I asked to speak with a manager on 4 different occasions, the first time the employee said it was not possible to request a manager call back and was extremely rude and disrespectful over the phone. The other 3 times I called, they said it is possible and they will put in a request, each time I get an email back saying sorry you missed the 30 day window and we will not be calling you back. To date, they have refused to speak to me over the phone only communicating over email. I have documentation and emails that prove that I tried to submit the order return on Oct 13th but the site didn't allow me to. It's now Nov 17th and I am still dealing with this issue and calling to no avail. I would like to return the items.Initial Complaint

December 23rd 2022 I paid Zara 250$ for a giftcard, a present for my wife at Christmas. I was given a different giftcard that was empty. I have an open case since February with Zara **** ********* I have called them over 10 times so far and they keep on deferring to head office, and nothing has been done. Every time I call, they tell me they will call me back in 48hours with a resolution, and nothing happens. They even said that they would send me a gift card by email, and by mail, neither of those things happened. They even offered a 10% discount to be sent to my wife for the troubles, nothing happened. I feel cheated, robbed, and extremely disappointed in Zara.
