      I received the wrong order from **** and they didnt even get the number of items correct: 4 vs 7. After calling customer service 8 times and waiting ********* each time, I was repeatedly hung up on and eventually told the items were out of stock. Now I have to drive to return the wrong items, with no guarantee of my refund. Zaras customer service is horrendous, with no assurance for online purchases and long in-store return lines. How are they allowed to treat their customers this way??

      Square one Manager job ******* black white white breads works there in *********** ***** Lady spitting, yelling and putting her fingers in my eyes and getting way to close to face. Literally I thought she was going to punch me ghetto never going to cash out there again who raises these women probably hood moms. Apple doesnt fall from the tree. Stores a mess, customer service? Be lucky to walk away with smile

      Worst customer service ever. I sent the cloth for refund after 3 weeks they refuse to refund my money and their excuse was it smelled perfume ! it was too small and I sent it in new condition with tag and everything untouched. I will not buy from **** anymore. very disappointed!

      **** sent me a kids shirt instead of the 2 men sweaters I had ordered. Obviously the kids s*** was of lesser value. They can not send me the correct shirts since they are now out of stock. They will not refund me either. They want me to print a return label, purchase a shipping bag and go to the post office to return the kids shirt before giving me a refund. They wont even compensate me for the shipping I had paid to receive the wrong item. I asked if I can just take a hit and keep the kids shirt at a discounted rate to avoid the additional cost and time to return it. They will not agree to anything option others than me going out of me way and spending time and money for their error. Basically they stole from me and gave me a useless shirt for the price of 2 mens shirts. They do not have any customer service skills and are too risky to buy from online. Will never give **** my money again!

      I bought some clothes on the website with a gift receipt then returned it to the store. However, ***** person not only returned the money to a gift card which I wont be using but also assaulted me with words. He was like why did you buy this if you want to return it,are you very short of money? If I remember correctly he also mentioned me as a Chinese which is ridiculously racist. When returning I made it very clear to say that I wanted to be returned to the original payment. And this is a very reasonable request since I bought my own clothes with my own card. Its just that one of the clothes is a gift for my friend so I asked for an extra gift receipt. I dont know why is it so hard to return to to the original payment as their policy said so.I also called customer service all I got wassorry I cannot do this.

      I went to **** store in ******** trust on August 4(transactions id on my ************** i bought 3 items( two dresses $39.90x2 and one tshirt$18.90) my bill was suppose to be $116 but i got charged for $166.44 because i was charged for fourth item which i never bought($45.90)On August 5, at 4:22pm i went to the store again and I returned 2 items ( returned 1dress$39.90 and tshirt ($18.90) and i only kept 1 item (dress for $39.90)so i got refund of $67.61 I checked my invoice later on August 6 and realized i was charged for ($45.90 the fourth item) something which i never bought and was never in my bag. I reached out to their customer service no one helped me, i asked them to either transfer my call to your manager or ask him to get back to me, which never happened they kept delaying and manager never reached out to me. They told me they checked with the store there is no discrepancy in their inventory.I asked them to check their CCTV and see how many items i bought. They kept saying there is no discrepancy in inventory so we have to close your case and we wont be able to help any further and customer service representative disconnect the call. Its been more than 14 days no one helped me, i have called them almost every second day to get an update. No one gave me a solution and have never proved me that i have brought that product, they only put allegations without looking at CCTV. They charged me for something which i never bought.

      STORE MANAGER REFUSED PROVIDING HER NAME!!! What kind of culture is that ???Store refused to put merchandise on hold for few hours on hold - new policy?!?!!?! CSR ***** line ******** hangs up on me when I asked for Operation Manager to talk.REFUSED & HANG UP !!

      Disgusting vile customer service ! Thieves ! I purchased a coat for $321 and a tunic $98 ,was in the process of moving . BOTH purchases were made using my new address. BOTH claim they were delivered to my old address ,yet when I asked my neighbor who had been collecting my packages ,he said there was nothing from ****. Called customer service about 40 times LITERALLY , only to be told that their system shows the packages delivered so the case is closed! Try getting a manager to call you back ???? Youve got a better shot of hitting the lotto . They shut you down and theres literally ZERO RECOURSE !!!!! This is def not good for my blood pressure . *** disputed the charges with my bank but Im certain this billion dollar company will fight hard before they hand over a red cent ! Im absolutley disgusted ,frustrated and evidently out $415.00 . !!!!!! I will fight to get my money back and I plan on making alotta noise doin it !

      I had a bad experience with ****'s online shopping.What happened was that I purchased a black coat and returned it within the time limit, but the Zara ******* received my return and told me that the dress was not in the return condition and returned it to **** received it again and found that it was in the same condition as the first time I received it. I also provided item photos and told them that I had only tried it on and hadn't used it, but the agent told me that trying it on was using it, which is ridiculous. Thousands of people try on clothes every day, I don't even know how many people tried on the clothes before I bought them.And agent's attitude was so bad when I tried to continue to argue with her, she forcibly stopped our communication and prevented me from typing.I am so upset and angry that **** has unilaterally refused to negotiate with me, Request a refund ASAP!

      Received my online purchase, opened the package , the shirt I had ordered had no tag and had a visible stain on it. What a shame!!!! Request a refund ASAP!
