I called to cancel my service on the evening of January 3rd 2024 I was told the that my request was noted but that the department that takes care of cancellations were gone for the day. I was told I would get a call/email with instructions for the return of my equipment if I didn't own it I have logged 3 calls to them since and 9 requests through their customer portal They continue to take money from my account even after I issued 2 stop payments with the bank I am not in arrears .. account is paid by automatic debit monthly. They will not help me because I have already told them that I went with another provider This is unfair, unlawful and a complete embarrassment in terms of customer care.
