              On Friday March 22 a Fizz technician arrived at our door as expected. I had requested a no fee delivery of the internet modem online. Upon arrival, the technician said he was here for the internet. He enter the home and did not ask any questions or inform us that if he set up the internet there would be an additional fee. I assumed he was providing the service I requested. He left and the company billed me nearly $70 as he installed the internet even though this is specifically not what I asked for and was not told there would be extra charges. I spoke to the company and they said there is nothing they can do and their technician made no error. I would like to have this money refunded as this is not the service I requested and was not informed in any way of additional fees.

              My home is deep in the ***** and we have notoriously poor cellphone service (not Fizz' fault, it's the case with all providers). I have Fizz for my home internet, which has been fine. I changed jobs and switched my cellphone line over to Fizz from my previous employer's. Once I received my SIM card and activated my phone, there was no data service (expected). I went to activate Wi-Fi calling (to use Fizz' own Wi-Fi, mind you), and I couldn't find the toggle in my settings.I chatted with the online support, and that's when I learned that Fizz doesn't support Wi-Fi calling. I didn't even know that this was a carrier-specific feature. Why? My cellphone is officially useless in my own home, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE FIZZ INTERNET!
