Transaction occurred on June 16th, 2023. Order # ***** I placed my order and sent a wire transfer from ***** bank the same day and followed instructions to send CanLab a copy of the wire for confirmation of payment., and processing of associated order. Following 2 additional emails and multiple ****** App messages, which they advertise as the best way to get a hold of them, I've heard absolutely nothing about my order or receipt of the money I wired. I confirmed the wire was sent correctly and to the advertised account for CanLab at *** ******* The Toal cost of my order was 267.25. I will never use this vendor again and am hopeful for a full refund to avoid any further social media or legal retort.Business response

The package has been delivered on June 28th 2023.As requested, the client provided the transaction receipt on June 16th 2023. Another email was added to the email thread on June 21st 2023 updating the time stamp to June 21st 2023 and delaying our response.

I bought from Can Lab research $140 USD, **********. I sent the screenshots they request but I have not heard back from them after several emails about status. I even called a few times through ******** *** ** *******************. Typically CanLabs is very on point even when I called in the past but this time I'm getting nowhere. Any help is appreciated.Customer response

On May 5th 2023 I paid by Bank transfer $ 138.76 to Canlab ( order No 4302 ) for products, I never received anything. I sent several messages through their website and I never got a reply, I tried to phone them, most of the times there is no tone, once I could leave a message but no one called me back. On June 12, I asked for a refund, I did not receive anything and still no word from them. They take the money, don't deliver, don't refund and cannot be contacted.Customer response

Following a complaint I filed last month regarding an order to Canlab Reaserch, I received my order finally with apologies from the Co., they are supposed to have made changes in their messaging and customer services to address the problem of lost orders. Therfore I would like to cancel the complaint and my comments should not appear in the Co reviews.
I am convinved that this happened thanks to your intervention and I would like you to receive my appreciation of your work.

I placed an order with Can Labs on November 10, 2022, in the amount of $115.99 USD, order # *****. I received payment confirmation but never received the order, which promised to ship in 24 hours. I never got any tracking and the item never shipped out. I have emailed and called the company every day, since November 13 and received no response.Business response

We offered to reimbursed: it was paid via Bitcoins. The client as of today did not provide her bitcoin address where we could proceed with the refund...

I am rejecting this response because i repeatedly responded with my bitcoin address and receipt of payment. yet they stated still needed a receipt. i sent it again and never received a response to subsequent emails. notice all the unanswered emails can labs attached. they only responded once, after i contacted bbb, and never again. several customers having the same issue.
