    I am someone who suffers from PCOS and laser hair removal is very expensive and I didn't know how to gauge how to choose a spa location. While googling and reading blogs and ****** posts about ladies who also have PCOS and how they deal with their hair issues, I came across devices that could be used at home and that were trusted. Roseskinco had a lot of good comments and their ********* ads were popping up a lot, so I decided to give it a chance. I won't lie, the website seemed a little too simplistic but I decided to still give it a chance. I read that there would be a 1 to 2 week wait for some orders, so I was like, well okay it's a device that isn't just a razor blade, etc so I will wait. No big deal, right? As of May 4 it has been 3 weeks and the **** website showed a label made a week after I placed the order in April and the company they use overseas, **********, also showed no changes. The other thing, their website made it seem like my item was in my state despite all other tracking numbers showing otherwise. I believe I have been more than patient, and now it seems I will not get one of the items I paid for, a lotion. If this is international then they should let those in the US know about certain items that might not be able pass customs. Again, I believe that I have been more than patient and understanding. I work for the ****, I know how things can be, and I don't like when we are used as the excuse when the vendor did not do it's due diligence.

    Horrible business! Ive been emailing for two weeks about a return and nothing! Ive been sending the correct information, and then a day later they responded me with rate our service. Horrible. Product doesnt work. Im so done with this company.
