      Horrible business! Ive been emailing for two weeks about a return and nothing! Ive been sending the correct information, and then a day later they responded me with rate our service. Horrible. Product doesnt work. Im so done with this company.

      I used this product for several weeks and saw no results. The device now overheats on the higher settings to the point I can no longer use it. Customer service was horrible. After sending me multiple emails asking the same questions over and over, they offered no real solution. I'm my opion, this product is a waste of money and time.

      Worst customer service ever! Been having issues with my product and have been emailing back and forth for a month without resolution. What's the point of a guarantee if you make your consumer jump through hoops? Ridiculous! Buyer beware.

      My package was delivered to the incorrect address and their customer service has been wildly unhelpful. Their website does not have a phone number, only a contact form. It took a while for them to get back to me, and when they finally did it was as if no one was actually reading anything I wrote. Each time I replied, saying the same thing over and over it was met with no help! No answers! Or acknowledgment of my actual issue. They just kept asking generic questions like if anyone in my home had picked up the package. From the start, I expressed that the confirmation photo showed the package, with MY correct address on it, in front of an apartment that was not mine. Again, they asked if I could just wait for it to show up- still not acknowledging the fact someone else had my package! They told me to contact my post office to see if they had the package...again and again ignoring the issue.I can't even tell you if this product works or not because I never received it! And I won't at the risk of dealing with this again for something that costs almost $300. I disputed the charge but it seems like this is going to be a fiasco trying to get a refund for a product I DON'T EVEN HAVE!!!!

      This product burnt my skin and has left very visible markings all over my legs. Despite that I had been using on my fingers for multiple months with no change to hair growth. I can no longer wear shorts in public, buyer beware!!!

      They have a 90 return policy that falsely states they will refund no questions asked. No where does it state that you have to wait a full 90 days before you can get a return. I don't want the item. It is painful with no results. They have you fill out this form with lots of questions and then tells me they want me to use for a full 90 days. Why? I don't want it. Their return policy is a lie. Misleading and a lie. I took screenshots also.

      The company has horrible customer service. They do not care about how they ship your item. There is an issue with me receiving my product. They are not willing to expedite your order. You have to wait the entire processing time again.

However, we didn't hear back within the stipulated time, and so your order was processed and shipped on April 13, 2023.Unfortunately, there was an unexpected situation with customs, which led to the parcel being returned to our warehouse. We understand how frustrating this delay must have been. As soon as we received the parcel back, we reshipped it on April 19, 2023.       I placed my order on February 19 and still have never received the package, never received an update on why I didn't receive the package, and now I'm still getting the runaround after asking for a refund. I paid over $100 and have nothing to show for it. I feel like I've been scammed.

      This is a great company! They truly honor what they say, and go above and beyond to make sure youre happy with their product. My skin/hair: Im extremely fair skin, with hair that ranges from coarse black to fine blonde. My experience: The first **** I received seemed to malfunction after a month or so of using it, and the RoseCoSkin Team helped me with the replacement. Unfortunately, after using the new one for a few months, it still wasnt giving the results I was looking for. I contacted the RoseCoSkin team again and after emailing and filling out the correct forms, they honored the 90 day money back guarantee! The product: I feel the **** is an amazing product for the majority of people; however, I dont feel its the best if youre wanting it for full body. The reason for that, is it takes much longer than the 30 minutes they claim it will take. Im assuming (after using it) that this claim is if youre using it on the very 1st setting. I typically used it anywhere between the 4th and 6th (last setting) and it takes me around 2 1/2 hours for just my legs and bikini and about 1 1/2 hours for arms and armpits. I do have an obvious reduction in hair follicles, but after using this over 12 weeks, Im not close to hair free. The **** also gets extremely hot after about ***** min of continuous use. Personally, it just took way too much time, with results Im not sure will stay if I stop weekly sessions.Overall, I think its a pretty decent product, with a great company that honors their word. Its definitely worth giving it a try, and I would recommend it for people looking for their 1st at home laser hair remover!
