      On August 14,2020, i purchased on the Star Laser website, the Full body (face included) Lifetime option package for $1,999. Since then, I was only able to get 3 appointments that weren’t cancelled. I contacted them as soon as I purchased the package to book my first appointment which was done in a reasonable time. After the first treatment, I automatically booked my second appointment which was on November 11,2020. After the second treatment, i booked my third appointment for December 30, 2020. That appointment was cancelled because of the covid-19 shutdowns. Once they opened back up, i kept calling and leaving voicemails to book an appointment which they never responded. I was able to get a new appointment (3rd one) for september 1,2021 since a contact of mine was hired there. The day of, a guy calls me from Star Laser stating that they’re having maintenance done to the machines and that they will be closed for the day. The guy reschedules me for September 28,2021. However, in the evening of the same day, a woman calls me to inform me that I had an appointment with them in 30 minutes. I explained that their colleague called me to cancel my appointment because of maintenance. Their response was to say ok and to close the phone. They had clearly lied to me to reschedule my appointment for no reason. I went to my 3rd appointment and had to wait 30 minutes since they had double booked. My 4th appointment for november 15,2021 was cancelled by them without rescheduling. Since my friend also was a client, she was able to get me an appointment for january 11,2022 during her appointment. On January 11, they send an email telling me that they’re closed and my appointment cancelled. I asked via email to reschedule me and they never responded. I kept calling during the next few weeks to get an appointment but never heard back from them. This is absolutely unacceptable and I need to receive a refund.

      I purchased the 5 body areas 12 treatments promo on November 12, 2019 for 643.87. I only completed two full sessions with this company and then COVID hit. After restrictions were removed, I called and left emailed to this company to receive an appointment (for a year) and NEVER received a response. Once I made a google review to make others wary, then I received a response back (immediately phone calls and emails) to book appointments. They advised that this was a hiccup because of the pandemic and also used the reason of the owner being "hit by a car" to guilt their customers who made valid claims. I had ONE appointment in September 2021, and then when I was finally able to get an appointment January 24th 2022 I presented myself at the clinic and it was CLOSED. I sent an email to advise them of all of this and received no response. Getting an appointment was impossible unless they felt that you were going to give them a negative feedback. After countless emails, phone calls with no response I felt defeated. I purchased this package and paid more than 600$ for treatments I did not receive. After doing all the steps and even exceeding all the steps required as a customer, I believe a refund is necessary as this company presented a false advertisement and collected money for services that they did not complete.

      I have been a client at Star Laser for 5 years now and about 4 years ago I bought the life long full body package laser hair removal package. I maybe did 7-8 sessions before COVID hit and the clinic closed down because of restrictions. When I contacted them again after everything opened up no one was answering so I sent many emails and tried to leaved voice mails but no one got back to me. I finally went to the office in person and booked an appointment that got canceled and rescheduled 3 times. After 3 months of me calling and going to the office I was able to get an appointment and ****** **** ****** showing up almost 1h late to the appointment and rushed through the laser treatment. I booked with her a followup session that was in another clinic **** *** ********** ******* she said it's the clinic of her doctor friend and that she rents a room there to be able to see her "loyal" customers, but when the day of the session came, I had a gut feeling to send a message to ****** to confirm the appointment but she said it got canceled and to get back to her next week. The next week I tried to call but the phone number was disconnected, the website was down, the emails disconnected and their listing on Google was down. I had no other way to contact them I no longer have the receipts but I looked through my past credit card statements and just found them. I have 2 of them because the first package I bought was "life time for 10 body parts" then after a while I bought an upgrade for "lifetime full body". I want a refund because clearly all their treatment didn't do anything and now I have to go to another clinic

      On August 15th 2017, I paid Star Laser a total of 800.00$ for lifetime of laser hair removal (until gone). On November 2017 I became pregnant and until July 2018 I didn't get any treatment. I restarted on August 2018 ;until March 2020 every 7 or 8 weeks I received treatment. After pandemic I had tried contacting by phone and email to schedule a new appointment, but they have not responded. Since then, it has been impossible to schedule another session. I went over to google and saw that many clients are facing the exact same issue. I left a review: "I haven't been able to get an appointment for two years, they don't answer phone calls or emails. Pre-pandemic, I was satisfied with the service as you get what you pay for, but I still have sessions left and cannot even contact them! I am available any day at any time and I haven't heard back. The online booking system also doesn't work.

      I purchased a package for laser hair removal for full arms, full legs and underarms for 13 sessions @ 757.69$ from which i received only 4-5 sessions. I also purchased about 11-12 sessions for chin and neck hair removal less than 1 year ago for about $200. It was impossible to reach someone by phone and very hard to reach them by email. You would have to make sure to book your next appointment at the reception after you finish your current one or else there was no way to reach them. Very unprofessional owner ******, she had burned my legs once and another tech burned me as well. I told my concerns to ****** both times but she brushed it off. As i purchased multiple sessions i continued going but was very vigilant in warning them to be careful not to burn me and if it felt too hot i would let them know as soon as possible. My last appointment with them was booked for February and then i saw on facebook and online that StarLaser shut down. I was trying to reach them via email and phone for weeks before my appointment. They closed the company and never advised me. I have about 9-10 neck session left that i paif for and never got and i have about 8-9 legs arms and underarm sessions that StarLaser owes me. When i found out they closed the company, i emailed them and called them mulpitle times to request a refund for unreceived services but no response.

      Hi, I purchased the lifetime package. I only completed two full sessions with this company. Getting an appointment was sometimes impossible. I’ve called and left messages and emailed, yet nobody would get back to me. I purchased this package in February and March of 2020 and payed over 1000$. I am frustrated and angry because I invested and had a lot of hope in this company but yet they screwed me over and that is why I should receive my money back.

      I paid 2300$ to star laser august 5 2021 for 13 laser sessions full body. I have done 4 so far and the staff was just extremely rude and disrespectful. One day i try to call to make an appointment but found out the clinic does not exist anymore because it was closed. The close without notifying anyone and just stole everyones money without giving any refund.

      I bought a laser treatment at Star Laser (1801 de, Boulevard de Maisonneuve O Suite 880, Montreal) on November 2 2021 for 12 treatments at the cost of 1500$. I paid the complete amount because they said they would not start treatment until I paid in full. The confirmation email is all that I received as a "receipt" which should have been a red flag for me. My first 2 treatments were awesome so I wrote a good review on google. I was supposed to get my 3rd treatment on February 3, so I called 1 week in advance to make sure that the place was open and they would receive me for the treatment, but was never able to reach anybody. I looked on google to see their opening hours, but almost every day the hours kept changing. The day of the appointment, I checked the opening hours of Star Laser and it wrote that it was closed at that time, so I was confused. I called again within their opening hours without answer. I decided not to go to the appointment, because I live in Laval and going to that place was pretty far for me and I feared losing my time to get there and realizing that it was closed. I called many times after that, emailed their costumer service, used a different email and pretended to be a new costumer so I could at least reach someone, but nothing. Technically, I only got 250$ of treatments and i want the remaining 1250 back for the service they didn't give me.

      I went to Star Laser on septembre 24th 2021 and bought 12 sessions of facial hair removal for 412.77 $. Since then, I've only got 4 sessions. I went there on February 5th 2022 for what was supposed to be my 5th sessions, but no one was there and the place seemed closed, I headed back home after 30 minutes of waiting and not being able to reach them. I haven't been able to get another appointment and have had to get laser treatment elsewhere since because all my hair had grew back from treatments done by Star Laser.

      I purchased a package of 12 sessions priced at $449 on Dec 4th, 2019 for laser hair removal for face and neck out of which I only got 5 sessions till 12 June 2021. On May 10, 2021 I purchased another package for laser hair removal from underarms priced at $120 and I only received two sessions till 12 June 2021. During my last appointment with star laser on 12 June 2021, I got laser burns all over my neck and few on face. I wrote an email to star laser to complaint about the burns with the attached pictures of burn spots but I received no response from them. Since then I am trying to schedule an appointment for rest of my sessions that I have already paid for. But I haven’t received any response and it is now I am learning that they are closed. It is unfair as I haven’t even received a refund from the star lasers against my paid sessions that I haven’t availed yet.
