Hello I purchased the lifetime package. I only completed 8 full sessions with this company. Getting an appointment was sometimes impossible. Ive called and left messages and emailed, yet nobody would get back to me. I purchased this package in 2019and payed over 1000$. I am frustrated and angry because I invested and had a lot of hope in this company but yet they screwed me over and that is why I should receive my money back.Review from John J

I bought a full package life time from them in 2019,almost 900 dollars, rarely i had 12 session then we hit the Covid time , since 2020 I had just 1 session, I got that appointment in March 2021 in person because they dont answer phone neither online system, and they supposed to make another appointment as usual but nothing happened and know I am reading and hearing they closed permanently, who you can do this to people , how is responsible for this mistreatment and fraud, un believableReview from Orhan C.

I don't even know where to begin. I cannot believe ****** has been in business all these years. She is quick to take your money but when it's time to give an appointment, no one answers PHONES, *********, EMAILS, ******** (I have tried everything). I haven't had an appointment since 2020. She calls back early 2022) to tell me about her accident, when she hears I want both tattoo removal and hair removal appointment all of a sudden it sounds complicated and she has to call me back in 10 mins ( obviously she never called back and I have left several other messages). She doesn't have time to call back her customers to reassure them but replies to reviews either with character attacks or silly excuses ( like her dog died). She has 2350 of my hard earned money and I can't seem to get an appointment. I'm going to another clinic, but I will do what I have to to get my money back for a lifetime service I am not able to get appointments.Review from Estelle M

A FUIR A TOUT PRIX!!!!! J'ai acheté un forfait et j'ai fait par la suite une demande de remboursement au vu des commentaires négatifs, je n'avais plus confiance de faire un traitement chez eux. Depuis, ****** la gérante me dit que ma demande de remboursement va être traitée en 3 à 5 jours mais je n'ai toujours pas eu de nouvelles et bien entendu nous sommes au-delà des 5 jours. Elle me parle de son accident pour gagner du temps et ne pas me rembourser. Je suis désolé pour elle mais je ne vois pas le lien avec ma demande de remboursement. J'ai relancé à plusieurs reprises par téléphone et par courriel sans succès. Une mise en demeure est en cours d'envoi et je vais porter plainte au tribunal des petites créances. ***** ********** *** *** ******* ** ** **** *** *******
