Very pleased with the **************** I received on my swimwear purchase. I had the BEST salesperson assisting me. ********************* at the *********** location in **********, ** is a treasure! Her knowledge, her service, her honesty, all virtues that I benefited from. Her knowledge is second to none regarding how to fit your bra size/top section of your suit. She is definitely an asset to her company. I have purchased many swimsuits at this store over the years, but this was my best experience ever!! The quality of their suits is very good also. The quality is really very poor. I was helped to buy a bra that deteriorated in only a few months, the fabrics was really poor qaility and literally pulling apart on the band and around the edges of the cup. When I went back to buy more I was told it was because it was mostly cotton and fitted for two more bras that were different material (Lightly lined sleek back). Well these ones are really no better. In less that 2 months the wire came out of one and in 3 months the other has the fabric coming apart. These are no my only bras, I wash with sensitive detergent in a delicates bag. I have never had bras wear so quickly. I actually went onto their site to try to leave a review but no option.Review from Barbara C

Worst stuff Ive ever bought falls apart, elastic brakes loses the elasticity very quickly subpar compared to La Senza. I havent bought a bra a long time, but the last one I bought was from La Vie en Rose and it was awful and now I cant find a good one. The underwear I bought there fell apart or they slide down everythings uncomfortable. This company is disgusting equivalent to garage clothing junk.I leave -10 starsReview from Chelsey B

Worst customer service ever! I really like the ************* of their products but they dont last very long, when contacting customer service they said they would replace the item then upon further review seen I had made a claim in the past for the same issue on the same style product they then decided to deny my claim! Products are pricey and this particular incident the item was only 6 weeks old I had even attached the order number and a photo of the problem but because the photo looks like my last claim they decide to deny it! Will go back to Victorias Secret at least they try harderReview from Patricia Q

If i could give less than 1 star i would! Horrible customer service,zero appreciation for a long time customer. Defective product from the get go and expected me to drive 4 hour round trip plus half day of work to return item within 30 days. Will never deal with them again. Lots of other companies out there that offer way better service and appreciation.Review from Sue M.

This company scammed me. I bought 6 items in January 14, ***************************************** main entrance, anyone can walk and take the bag and go.I called them they sent me 3 items replacement,I returned the 3 items back to them.I never get my money back since January 14th, 2024.Do not buy nothing online from them.Review from Parisa P

Extremely poor product quality!Horrible customer service!I wish the system would let me post the photos to show the quality of their products! The dress shrank 10 inches after the first wash while all the washing instructions (no drying machine) were applied with care!It seems that they are stealing from their customers instead of providing goods and services to them!Shame on la vie en rose!Review from Chrissa K

Terrible customer service. I purchased a white swimsuit, and within hours of wearing it the suit discoloured to a yellow. I notified customer service as soon as I got home that I could only wear this bathing suit that I paid $80 for the one time and only a few hours! I have purchased white swimsuits many times and this has never been an issue. I had no products on when the suit went on and only used some regular store bought sunscreen which I sure hope a bathing suit would be tested against considering its purpose. I had made a large order and this was the only thing I had problems with and yet they still were so rude and wouldnt consider giving store credit or a refund.Review from Jennifer N

Terrible customer service. I made an online order, got an email days later that it was still being processed and that it could take 3 weeks to be sent! 3 weeks is ridicules for items that are sitting 20 min from me. They would not let me cancel (even though they had not yet processed it - because it was 'in the system') and I will be leaving on a trip (for which I purchased the items) before they arrive. **************** was 0 help. Why bother when most other companies have similar products and much better service - not worth it.Review from Debi H

The Abbotsford store on **************** is the worst store I have ever in my life seen! The staff are absolutely the worst yet! There were 3 young girls folding underwear- when asked for help- they knew nothing- and seriously did not move to assist with allowing customers to get past the narrow ********** were opening all the drawers to look for product in their size meanwhile- not one sales person tried to help? They just kept chatting and folding underwear When at the cashier the girl was terrible Im deaf and could not understand what she was saying then she started laughing? Really? Owners? Managers? This is the best u can do? U think this is ok to treat ur customers like crap? This store has a lot of bad reviews- I can certainly see why!
