Do not use this service, for a 300. Loan I have to pay over ****. This should not be legal.

Do NOT borrow from them !! Go hungry if you have to .. a 300 $ loan will cost you aprox 1700$ .. I dont know how this is legal ?

How is this legal?? I got a loan of 500 dollars and they've added an **** dollar enrollment fee on top of the 18% interest?? I read the agreement and I guess I didn't understand that that was on top of my loan. So shame on me. But I will spread the word so that this company goes out of business.

I applied for a $1000 payday loan from ******* through their website on October 31, 2022. I have made six bi-weekly payments at $220.60 for a total payment this far of $1320.60. Today I decided to look into where I stood and pulled up my contract for further inspection. I found a line that I had previously skimmed over stating that there would be an additional $1830 applied to the principle and interest. This will bring the total payments to 13 payments at $220.60 for a total of $2867.80 on a payday loan of $1000. According to the ****** Government website this is not legal. From the website: A payday loan is a loan of $1,500 or less. The term of the loan cannot exceed 62 days. The maximum fee a payday lender can charge is $15 per $100, which includes all fees and charges related to the loan. A lender can charge additional fees if the loan is not paid on time.I am also unable to determine through the ******* Govenment website if Mynextpay is licensed for *******. I feel this is a predatory business feeding on people who are obviously desperate for money.

The worst Decision I have ever made in my life. And I promise I will go to h*** with this company if no one replies me. I have called, emailed for over 3 months no reply.I applied for a 1000$ loan at 18% interest rate. Till date I have paid upto 1600$ I contacted them to get information on why they keep on debiting me. No reply for months then I told my bank to stop the payments.Today a metcredit.com a collection agency sent me a letter which states that I am owing them $933.06 plus interest.I called the collection agency and the man told me that he has no information further information, he doesn't even know how to reach them. I basically told him I will not relent till I get to the bottom of this. I won't pay a dime till some contacts me. I will not let my next pay rest and I will write reviews against metcredit.com for working with a shady company.My next pay, for your information don't come under my review to say you have contacted me when you have not cos I will disgrace you and drag you everywhere.

I have had this ridiculous loan going for the last few months, all of the sudden payments have stopped coming out of my account.I have sent over 15 emails with no reply and it now says that the persons mailbox is full and they cannot accept any emails.When you call it goes to a voicemail and they have not answered any of the ones I have left. It has been 2 weeks with no contact what do ever, I have now contacted my bank and put a stop payment on the company seeing I cannot get any response from them.

please stay away from this company , they will mess you up these guys borrowed me a $500 loan to repay $1800, when taking the loan i checked the website which stated 18% interest rate , i never got any terms of contract, i only got a document saying i was approved for $1000 but all i needed was $500 @18% interest, i had to ask for a repayment plan 3 times before it was sent to me today feb 28th 2022, thats when i discovered they were charging me a $1200borrowers fee for a $500 loan , i asked why ? they said it was in the agreement i sign but i never got this agreement , when said i never got this agreement they said it must have been a glitch on my end! 1. they never sent me any agreement 2. i even had to ask for a repayment plan and it was sent weeks after. 3. they claimed it was a glitch on my end thats why i never got the so called terms of contract 4. who pays a borrowers fee of $1200 for a $500 loan 5. i never signed this. I took a 300$ loan and I’ve already paid over 900$ for a 300$ loan. At 18% annual rate I should have paid a total of 354$. That’s based on the contract. **** *** ******** **** ***
