            I hired 2 movers for two hours for my December 17th, 2022 move. I hired Move It All thru *****. The problems started when only 1 mover showed up over an hour late. Throughout the two hour window the other mover never showed. I ended up helping the one mover who did show for the entire time. I Only had the payment code generated by ***** for the entire amount for two helpers. I didn't want to prolong the process any longer so I just gave the helper the payment code and thought that I could go thru ***** later to request a partial refund. It turns out ***** won't help after the payment is made. I have tried texting and emailing the company to request a partial refund and there has been zero response. The only outcome I want is them to refund 50% of what I paid since they only provided 50% of the promised help!

            They gave me a rate of $45/hour and said they would wrap my items before transporting. 2 small guys showed up, asked for $300 deposit and said would refund me the remaining since job would only take 3 hours. They took about 8 hours to do it and once they had some items in the truck then they kept asking for more money. In the end it cost just over $1300. The "owner" or whatever was a $@#&* and one guy named *** and some other mover kid put on a front to be on your side but really were part of the scam. Do not use them and just pay someone proper money to be kept from being extorted.Many of my big items were also damaged because they take no care of transporting them or wrapping them in anything. I called the police and the movers charged me additional fees because of that while they had most of my items in the truck.One of the guys got physical so we called the cops again and they dealt with him separately.
