              On November 5, I ordered two pairs of tights: Nude Sheer Rip-Resist Tights and Essential Sheer Rip-Resist Tights. On November 28, I wore the Nude Sheer Rip-Resist Tights all day, and by the end of the day, my toes had gone through the end of the left foot of the tights. Sheertex claims to have a 90-day guarantee and says they will send a new pair. They provide the email address "[email protected]." I attempted to email this address, but it bounced back with the error "Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

              Bought my first pair about two years ago- it snagged on some Velcro, I emailed, and was sent a replacement pair that arrived next day (I assume the depot is in ******* as I am). I now own around 8 pairs of tights and have thrown away all others. Yes, they do snag a little over time if you are careless, but I have never had any dramatically visible ones, and most importantly they do not rip- as someone with long nails who is very clumsy and wears tights daily during the week, they are a lifesaver, well worth the price and on frequent sale. Great customer service and fantastic product.
