Bought my first pair about two years ago- it snagged on some Velcro, I emailed, and was sent a replacement pair that arrived next day (I assume the depot is in ******* as I am). I now own around 8 pairs of tights and have thrown away all others. Yes, they do snag a little over time if you are careless, but I have never had any dramatically visible ones, and most importantly they do not rip- as someone with long nails who is very clumsy and wears tights daily during the week, they are a lifesaver, well worth the price and on frequent sale. Great customer service and fantastic product.

My mom was sitting right next to me, she witnessed me pick 2 pairs of 3XL tights and place the order. The order was changed to medium somehow and I didn't notice till they arrived. I couldn't call, I sent a chat no one ever came back, so I sent an email only to be informed that they don't do returns but will make an exception in this case, it will cost me ***** to ship them back..... I spent close to ***** AVOID this company a TOTAL SCAM.Sheertex Labs Response

Including an email from me, the Senior Manager of Customer Experience, who exceptionally sent you the correct size that you intended to purchase. I would like mention that once an order is placed by the customer, there is no way to change the size unless it is done manually, which did not occur. I ordered from Sheertex 3 pairs of tights on their Black Friday sale. For some unknown reason the package was returned to them and never made it to my house. I ordered things all the time and have never had an issue with delivery. Then I emailed them, they didnt even contact me, and let them know I didnt get my order. They then proceeded to ask me if my address was correct which it was. Then they sent me an email saying one of the items I had bought was out of stock and whether I wanted a store credit. I said no thank you, I want my original package resent to me, it wasnt out of stock when I ordered. Then they replied that now two out of the three items I ordered were out of stock! So I told them, send me my original package, I bought it in good faith. I dont want your store credit because I bought at 75% discount and wont be even able to buy one pair of tights, let alone three with the credit. This is an incredibly unprofessional and unreliable company. I wish I had read these negative reviews before ordering in good faith. As it stands, I have wasted $123.19 ******** dollars.Review from Stephanie D

this company sheertex are scammers. BEWARE DO NOT BUY. Since september 2023 ive been emailing with a bot or automated customer service email who asks questions after questions but never actually sends the replacement tights they originally said theyd send... its now almost november. Each time i get a release back its a different question. First it was "would you kindly send us your order number" then next email was "please send us your body type, height weight." then it was "is your shipping address the same" then it was "what is your original order number" over and over the emails do not stop- and THEY DO NOT AMOUNT TO GETTING THE REPLACEMENT AS ITS NOW NOVEMBER. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. YOU WOULD BE THROWING YOUR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET BUYING FROM SHEERTEXReview from Christina M

I bought two pairs of tights that were supposed to be snag and rip-resistant. They snagged the moment I put them on in multiple locations along my leg. Then I tried to get a refund but the company will only give replacement rights. I got the replacements and both pairs also have snags after putting them on. This company is absolutely a scam and are falsely advertising the products as being able to withstand the sharpest items. Many people have the same complaints and they need to be investigated. Their business model is to sell normal, cheap tights that rip like any other tights for 6x the price and then refuse to give refunds to anyone who complains. How is that ethical?Review from Alex G

I wanted and needed these tights to work. They did not. I still need to wear stockings for work and no one makes them anymore. I am surprised that all of the rave reviews in the media fail to mention that these tights get very visible horizontal pulls that give them the appearance of the cheapest tights. I contacted customer service, which is when I learned of the "no return" policy, even for defective products. They did send a second pair right away and suggested I give the pull a sharp yank from each side. While this does improve (but not eliminate) the lines, it took me 20 mins per wearing to make them acceptable. And then different lines appear. The company knows about this problem because they even have a video that purports to show you how to fix the pulls. It was a big ****** for me to pay $74 for tights, but I read the Wirecutter and other reviews, which I trusted. How could none of the reviewers have gotten tights that have these lines since both pairs set to me have them? For now, I put the tights on and then spend **** mins every day trying to get the lines out. There must be a better product out there. (As to other common complaints, I didn't have a problem with the size or the amount of squeeze from the control tops - I suspect this is a problem specific to people's body types. The tights were not sheer as advertised, but if that were the only problem, I would have been happy).Review from Mikaley U

Tights are not as advertised. Snag easily and do not match product pictures. Their sheer tights are nearly opaque and colors are not accurate. When emailed about this they say they are non returnable and I probably ordered the wrong size. I also had pre ordered their **** tights. Was charged in January and still havent received them. When I inquired about them they said they are having issues with dying their polymer. So what was the photo of the tights I selected if they have never even been created?? Hi *******,We are sorry that you have not been fully satisfied with our tights. Our tights are extremely durable to rips; however snags or lines can somsetimes occur. Most of the snags can be fixed by simply massaging them and by pulling them outwards until they disappear. It is possible that the tights appear less sheer if you purchase a size too large. This is why we encourage customers to carefully review the size chart before making a purchase. It appears that you have already been sent replacement tights - we hope that they are satisfactory. Regarding the nudes, they were created years ago. As we strive to continually improve our products, we had improved the process of dyeing the tights but we were not completely satisfied with the result - which is why they could not be shipped out sooner. Shortly after you posted your review, you received the **** tights. Is Sheertex a real company? Im not sure. It seems like all theyre doing is sending out faulty product and refusing to refund any customer orders. They simply try to resend another product to pacify the customer. They continue to respond with an automatic message instead of actually solving a problem. I tried to alarm potential customers on social media but they blocked me. So here we are. No refunds for faulty product and no resolutions.Sheertex Labs Response

Hello *****, I can assure that Sheertex is a real company, with its office and factory located in ******** (******). Previously, our policy was that we did not accept returns, but provided a new pair of tights when there was a defect. We are a small but rapidly growing company and we are working hard to meet the demand (in just a few short years we have sold almost 2 million pairs of tights). Our tights are entirely made and hand-sewn here in our factory in ********. Unfortunately, errors and defects are inevitable and defective products can slip through quality control without being caught, which is why we are happy to send a new pair when a defective pair goes out. After a multitude of tests, we noticed that a defective product typically shows damage within the first 90 days of use, which is why our replacement guarantee was 90 days. We just recently changed our policy and accept returns within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, and we issue a full refund.Review from Connie Z

The no return, final sale policy made the purchase a much greater risk than normal internet purchase and it was not made obvious anywhere throughout the buying process. It also don't make sense since unopened projects will not have the "hygiene" concern that the company cited to be the reason for not accepting return and they can accept return but with a disclaimer that opened products cannot be returned.Sheertex Labs Response

Most of our products are intimates, so once they leave our facility, they cannot be returned. All orders are final sale for this reason and this is indicated in our return policy on our site. The same way one would expect underwear to be final sale, the same applies to tights!Review from Sarah D
