Hi, I would like to lodge a strong complaint on Mackage * ******* ***** ****** ***** ******* I experienced this unfortunate incident with an associate, called *****, and it' regarding a purchase that I've made on Jan 28th, 2023 at 5:14pm, worth $671.22. On Jan 28th, Me and my mom went to the store and purchased a Mackage product for the first time. It was a gift for my mom's friend so the next day, her friend tried it on and realized it's too big for her so we decided to return this product. On following Monday, Jan 30th, we went back to the Mackage store and asked for the full refund. They said they can't do that because it's final sale. That was the first time he told me that it's final sale as he was supposed to inform us on the day we purchased instead. The main and major problem here is that we didn't know it was a final sale only because the associate, ***** didn't inform us that important piece of information when we purchased the item. Because of his mistake, I purchased the product without knowing it's final sale and now they are making me pay for the their mistake which is unacceptable and not right. How would I know if it's final sale if the associate doesn't tell me? While we argue on this matter on the site, ***** lied several times more. *** ******** ** **** **** ** ***** ** *** ******* *** ******* ***** ** *** **** ** **** ***** * ***** ** ****** He also lied that he heard that I told my mom it was on final sale but that's can't be possible because me and my mom communicated in Korean for the whole time. My mom doesn't speak English. He also accused us that we are the ones who are lying in front of many people. He was disrespectful, dishonest and careless. He had 0 intention to help us whatsoever. I don't want to take a responsibility on a matter that ***** failed to do his job and made a mistake because of his irresponsibility. I strongly complain on this matter and want my money back.
