In short, this company employs delivery folks who are completely incompetent and unprofessional. Read on for details.We recently purchased a refrigerator and the company we purchased it from arranged for it to be delivered by Metro Supply. We were given a 3 hour delivery window. About 5 minutes BEFORE the delivery window, I noticed my dog standing at attention at the door, which she often does when she hears someone at the door. I went over to check and see if the delivery people were there, but the only thing I found was a notice hanging on the door stating that no one was home when they attempted to deliver and we had to call and reschedule. I then checked my doorbell cameras and saw the delivery guy run up to my doorstep, hang the notice, take a quick photo of the notice and sprint away around the corner (all in about 8 seconds), followed by me opening the door about 20 seconds later to check and see if anyone was there. They did not ring the doorbell or attempt to knock on the door. We immediately called the delivery company to ask the truck to return, but were on hold for 20+ minutes, then told we had to contact the company who sold us the fridge to reschedule. We then spent the next 3 hours making phone calls to the delivery company (who said they could reschedule delivery in 3 days) and appliance company (who said they asked the delivery company to do everything they could to stop again and deliver the fridge today), all to no avail. We even asked if we could arrange to pick up the fridge today, but the delivery company would not allow that. Eventually someone from Metro Supply called to tell me the rescheduled date (which I already knew about from my 3 hours of phone calls between the two companies), with seemingly no knowledge about the mis-delivery. She assured me that she would be following up with her manager, but I have no faith in this claim, as we spoke to a manager "****" on the phone earlier on today who claimed she couldn't do anything more.Review from John L

This is one of the worst companies in the world. His delivery guy delivered my neighbour's package to my house. Both of our houses have very big and clear street number on the entrance.The neighbour is not home, and I am not sure when he will be back, so that I tried to call sender on the package, which is Piping Rock Health. After long time of trial, finally talk with PIPING by chat and find out the carrier is Metrol Supply Chain. Difficult to find out the number of Metro, one is not assigned, finally find a phone number of Metro's ******* operation. Asked me to call another number, and no body answer my call and asked me leave email address after long time of waiting.Have to call back the operation centre, the woman assitant rejected to help, just asked to call the previous number again and wait.Wonder what support the woman's arrogance to treat a potential customer in this way.Wonder what kind of company can train its employee into this kind of arrogant person.Wonder why BBB said this company not BBB accredited while displaying A+ for it.I am afaid I will never use this company as my carrier, and wish all my business partner not. Wish no more customer will have this same bad experience as mine.Review from John S.

This company is unprofessional and extremely frustrating to deal with. I ordered a washer and dryer from ****** who subcontracted to Metro Supply Chain Group and they were not interested whatsoever to remedy or find a solution to the situation.Review from Todd Z

Do not, I repeat, do not use this company. We ordered a new washing machine and dryer from ******* Their drivers are incompetent. They have attempted 3 deliveries and they have all failed. This first time we understood the weather and the number of deliveries they had to cancel. The second time they didn't even go to the **** door. My wife and kids were in the kitchen waiting. They only bothered going to the gate of the yard and left the note there without even trying to contact them. The third time they failed to follow instructions. The delivery order says "Walk-in basement go to the back ally" The gate was wide open this time so they could not pull what they did. They left the note on the front door and dialed the wrong number for contact. Again do not use this company. You would be better just getting a Uhaul. We had to wait 2 months for our machine. We will be filing a complaint to ****** about this.Id give them a 0 if I could because 1 star is to good for this company.Review from Sagar D

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a dishwasher from BestBuy, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The delivery process, orchestrated by BestBuy in partnership with Metro Supply Chain Group, has left me with a damaged kitchen, endless frustration, and a complete lack of accountability from the company.From the moment the dishwasher arrived at my doorstep, I sensed trouble. The delivery team, seemingly untrained and careless, managed to inflict significant damage to my kitchen during the installation process. Despite documenting the damages immediately through written complaints, verbal conversations, and a plethora of photographic evidence, my efforts to seek compensation for the destruction have been met with outright refusal from BestBuy.Their customer service, which boasts unending hold times and a baffling lack of empathy, only added to the distress. Hours upon hours spent on the phone have yielded nothing but empty promises and a continuous runaround, leaving me feeling unheard and utterly frustrated.To make matters worse, BestBuy decided to involve a company called Metro Supply Chain Group, presumably to handle the evidence and compensation process. However, it quickly became apparent that Metro Supply Chain Group was not interested in addressing my legitimate concerns. Instead, they fabricated evidence and provided fraudulent reasons to coerce me into billing my home insurance company to cover the damages.This level of dishonesty and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. BestBuy, a company that claims to prioritize customer service, has proven to be nothing more than a corporate entity willing to sacrifice integrity for profit. The fact that they would employ a company like Metro Supply Chain Group, known for unethical practices, only further tarnishes their reputation.Review from Randy M

I should of looked up who Metro e24 was before buying anything from Best Buy. I will never make a purchase at Best Buy due to their poor customer service and even poorer customer service with the courier they choose. When you call their 1 886 it says voicemails and emails will not be returned, then at the end of the voicemail it tells you leave an email or voicemail, whats going on with these people? Ordered Christmas lights with expected Delivery on the day we bought our try, lights never arrived, ruined the whole christmas decorating for my kids. This company needs to be shut down. Did not deliver product I ordered, lied about attempted delivery (I had proof), support had me waiting for over an hour while they "tried to get in touch with the delivery team", never got a reply from delivery team and still did not receive product but they still charged me for delivery. This is by far the worst company ever as far as shipping. I ordered something from Shoppers, for a medical office, lancets that only they care unfortunately because the device is discontinued. I have been dealing with them for 5 days now. Delivery cannot be on time, they agree to deliver during company hours, then at like 8pm they say I was not around. I talked to customer service, they said they would deliver. Day after day, excuses, lies. I asked to speak to someone, nope. I asked for at least an email, nope. They are incredibly unreliable, worst ever company. I was sooooo ****** off at Shoppers but it is not them, it is this pathetic 3rd party garbage. Still have not received my product by the way. I waited for 45 mins after work just waiting yesterday. I wish ******* Shoppers would realize. I won't order online from these companies because of Metro Supply. so...Review from Sean H

Awful, miscommunication around shipping deadlines, lies to customers about reasons for late shipping, providing a days notice, only ships when truck is full so delivery can extend a wheel to a month at the whim of the company. A third party delivery company partnered with Costco.ca. front line staff are courteous but unable to change things, upper management make you feel guilty about compensation for their errors.
