            On November 1st, I attempted a 94$ purchase for my boyfriend's transit pass with this company. The company placed a pre-authorization on my card yet my screen said the transaction couldn't go through. I expected the pre-authorization to go away, but in fact it settled - yet his transit pass still didn't load! I've attempted contacting the business, their automatic reply is that more urgent concerns are replied quickly. It's been days and still no reply! Is robbery not serious enough for them? I've been robbed basically 100$. I have proof that he had to purchase his transit pass for the month elsewhere. This is illegal.

            Just had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! it is raining outside and I’m waiting for the ** the bus come and I approach the edge of the street in plain view. To which this white male busdriver pulls up to the side and JUST AS I AM ABOUT TO GET CLOSER TO THE DOORS HE PULLS OFF!!!!!! He saw me and he pulls off!! So it’s a red light and he continues driving to the corner as which I catch up and yell her several times and he visibly looks around while in the bus, and then I step onto the road and knock on the door and he just rudely shrugs says no and pulls off! Was it my race? The colour of my skin? Because he saw that I’m a black woman and decided not to pick me up??!?! Like what the heck!! Oh and did I mention that I have my two year old in a stroller the whole time?? WHILE ITS RAINING COLD OUTSIDE! You tell that busdriver on the ****** bus who dismissed me at the temporary bus stop for the ** on *** ************** at the ***** ** stop that racial discrimination while being a PUBLIC SERVER is INTOLERABLE! It’s 9:13 at night! We just left the movies and today easily turns from a happy ending to a bad day to a worse ending in a bad day! Like who hires people like that! IM LITERALLY CRYING RIGHT NOW *** *** ** **** **** **** ********* **** **** **** ****. Montréal is truly a racist city at heart….I HAVE A CHILD AND HE STILL DISMISSED ME!!! DISGUSTING!!!
