    We booked this tour based on the advertisement on their web site of 16 person MAX groups. They combined 2 groups (for some reason) leading to over crowding, dangerous (in our mind) bus trips with too many people, and a overall horrible time. They then said "All the people agreed to the bigger group", which is outright wrong as we started attempting to contact them 5 days before the tour was over about the situation! This company really mis-lead us into going on a trip we NEVER WOULD HAVE BOOKED had it not been for the promise on their web site of keeping the group to a 16 person MAX size.

    wingbuddy is not a reliable travel agency. They do everything they can to take their clients' money, and once this is a fait accompli, they simply forget that their clients exist, without providing them with any kind of assistance if something goes wrong during their trip.Recently wingbuddy and partners took the money for my trip to *****, which amounted to around seven thousand dollars.To all potential clients of wingbuddy I can say with certainty that you run a high risk of losing your money and your trips if you have the misfortune of contacting such an agency, which only sees its clients' money as its main objective.*******************************
