    They basically sold me a lemon and did not disclose to me all the things that was wrong with the ****. One mechanic told me i have 1 month to find another car. Major holes in the rusted subframe and Autoxtreme did not disclose to me the rusted and large holes in subframe- basically if i don't fix it , which will cost about $2000 the car will be scrapped and i paid over $8000 for it . They never disclosed to me any issues with the **** , they kept saying the **** is in excellent shape- How do these people get away with taking hard earned money from honest people and then absolutely no accountability for the financial hardship now they put me in? If you are going to buy a vehicle from AutoXtreme in Montreal , do not trust what they say - the same day you take your car go to mechanic straight away. I made the mistake of trusting them and i paid the price. They even tried to make me pay more money , an older man was sitting there and he was to do the paperwork to release the **** to me as i paid in full before coming to pick up the ****. He quoted me $13000 for the ****. When i said "what are u talking about the **** was listed at $6000 and i paid over $8000 after taxes and fees. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE THERE I HOPE KARMA GETS THEM.

    Suzanne, we apologize that your transaction was not to your entire satisfaction. However, it is not Auto Xtreme's intent to mislead any of its customers. In the interest of full disclosure and transparency all of our clients have the absolute right to take the vehicles to the mechanic of their choice (in the Montreal area) prior to purchase. With regards to the **** subframe, as per our email communication with you when you informed us of the issue, the repair is covered by manufacturer recall at NO COST to you if done at a **** dealer. With regards to the older gentleman you refer to, we deliver several vehicles in the course of the day and our general manager mistook you for another customer coming to take delivery. The vehicle you purchased was sold to you at the price it was listed and was never intended to be sold to you or anyone else at $13,000. It was human error, which does happen. You were not charged a penny more and left with your vehicle as promised at delivery.

    I appreciate your response but i think you missed the entire picture. I was a customer and i asked you questions about the ****-******* and ***** raved about the vehicle and said it was in "excellent shape and the oil change was completed". My point to you is that when someone trusts a dealership to purchase a vehicle they do not anticipate all the issues i had on day two of the vehicle not starting- And when i called ***** the next day of having the vehicle, no mention of "bring **** back" he just said take it to mechanic- which i did and paid for it. And why you telling me now that the subframeis a recall? Why not tell me all these things at point of purchase- i promise you i would not have bought the **** had i known all these things are happening with the ****? Why not disclose to me at point of purchase? I paid over $8000 for a lemon period- and if i was told about the car having issues with starter, subframe and leak YOU THINK I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR FOR OVER $8000 CASH??? Would you? I did my due deligents by asking multiple questions and looked up the car through vin - but you should have disclosed to me all that was wrong with it and not left it for me to find out- But it seems you will never understand - fyi the offer you gave me of crediting me less then 50% of what i paid for the **** was insulting. I have been renting for 3 weeks now afraid to drive vehicle. I am actually done with replying to this issue as it seems you are so full of excuses and not doing the right thing .

    Update on the **** ******* 2011 that i purchased from AutoXtreme in Montreal. Took it to ******** in Quebec City yesterday. Turns out the subframe had extended warranty so they replaced it then they came back with the bad news. They cannot understand , if this **** was inspected, how the **** did it pass inspection. Their opinion is that nobody from AutoXtreme actually looked at the vehicle to inspect it. BUYER BE AWARE STAY AWAY FROMTHIS DISHONEST COMPANY! ******** has a list of asap things to do to make the vehicle safe to drive here is the list: Spring completely gone and need to be replaced asap, I had to pay to replace the springs because they told me how dangerous the **** is to drive it in that condition. I had to also replace the filter, when they showed me the filter, they looked at me shocked that AutoXtreme did not even change the horrific state of the filter, i had to replace that too, Sparks they said completely gone, shocks need to be replaced and the one that left them scratching their heads are the wheels. They cannot understand why an Auto Dealer would put OVERSIZED WHEELS on a **** *******? Left them baffled. So now the wheels need to be replaced. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM AUTOXTREME DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY TAKE IT TO YOUR OWN MECHANIC AND HAVE THEM REALLY INSPECT IT THEN YOU CAN MAKE A DECISION ON PURCHASE- I TRUSTED THEM TOO MUCH AND THOUGHT PEOPLE WOULD NOT LIE LIKE THAT BUT THEY ARE HORRIBLE- THEY REFUSE TO ASSIST IN EXPENSES, TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LYING TO ME AND OVERCHARGING ME - THEY WILL GIVE U EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY- THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE BUYER PERIOD!! THEY ARE THAT HUNGRY TO RIP YOU OFF AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR REPUTATION- BUYER BE VERY AWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COST!!
