      We first placed an order on March 25, which was cancelled within a day by Dynamite. Pre-authorization was successful and over $400 was held on the ****. Customer service representative over chat said it was a credit card issue. ** **** investigated and reported there was no issue. Card has also shown no issue elsewhere. We called Dynamite customer service. Their representative told us that we were fraudulent and that customers cannot use a shipping address different from the billing address, which we have never heard of. Their checkout process prompts us to enter a billing address if it is different from the shipping address. Their terms of service state that billing address must match the one the bank has on file for the credit card, which it does. ** **** reconfirmed that the information is correct and that there is no issue with the credit card. The representative refused to escalate when asked. Upon learning that the call was recorded, as my boss’ items were also in that order, they changed their mind. Recording is available upon request. We received an email on March 26 from “*****”. We replied and have heard nothing back. Since we were encouraged by ***** to place the order again, we did so on March 30. Today, April 4, the order was suddenly cancelled again without explanation and we have still not received a reply to our emails. Another pre-authorization of over $400 is now sitting on the credit card account. ** **** reconfirmed tonight that there is nothing wrong with the credit card. Credit card has been used 6 times in the past week in the same manner for other companies with no issue. We are wondering what is going on and if this is more of a malicious or discriminatory issue that needs to be addressed. From a professional standpoint, we also cannot allow false claims of us being fraudulent, so this needs to be investigated. *** ***** ******* ************ *** ***** ******* ************

      I placed 2 online orders since Christmas and never had any trouble but last week I placed an order and submitted it but then realized immediately that the address was incorrect so I emailed Dynamite within 2 minutes of writing the email and they said that there was nothing that could be done and now Im out $110.00 and no package. The customer service I received was not very good or certainly not very understanding because there was no way that an order was shipped within 2 minutes. With the technology out there today Im sure they could have taken the extra step to make a correction to the address or cancel the order. At the very least there should be a time limit in which you could make changes. I have to say I am very disappointed with this situation and possibly will not order from Dynamite in the future.
