I ordered an indoor dining table set and unfortunately, after opening the table, we found it damaged. I called in and spoke with the best customer service rep I might have ever encountered, *****. He was knowledgeable and personable and made the conversation so easy as we found our way to the solution of a replacement. I forgot how upset (more disappointed) I was because of the damaged item! Wonderful job on hiring and training such amazing talent for your satisfaction team, Transformer Table. Also for setting the standard for the options they can afford your customers.Review from RM F

***** was very kind, courteous and provided great follow through researching the delivery delay on my order for chairs and the coffee table. I purchased a demo table, bench and 4 chairs directly from the showroom in *************. ***** was extremely helpful and accommodating. We mentioned that we were in the market for a specific color and she reached out to us as soon as something came up. I ordered an outdoor dining set with bar cart. On their website it was stated that it would be received by the 28th of June. Later I received an email that it was on back order and wouldn't be available until mid to late July. Disappointed and needing it by June 30 I cancelled the order. Ehsan from Transformer Table reached out via phone to try to rectify the situation. He was very polite, professional and made some good options. Unfortunately none would work for my situation. I will however look at purchasing in the future a seating group once they get the color option in that I want.Review from Brian A

The transformer table is great! The table has performed greatly at all our events with kids, adults, and older adults as well. The kids love the bench and the adults love how versatile and easy to add panels are. Also, the customer service was excellent when we received one of the pieces and it was damaged. After submitting a request they quickly sent out the piece to replace it. We are extremely happy with the table, bench, and coffee table.Review from Samantha L

Im extremely pleased with the versatility and quality of my Transformer Table. I asked that my order be delayed by 3 months and they did so without any issues. **************** was outstanding and the ******************** can be converted from small to large size quite easily. Its perfect for our needs and has been used for birthdays, holidays and other occasions. The acacia wood is stunning.
