Well, I'm not the best with words. I will do my best. My agent, ***** is the best person i've ever dealt with- she's been so professional, and patient and kind- and no one will ever understand how much she's helped me so far. My journey is not over yet, however the guidance I'm receiving is helping me so very much and I cannot thank you enough. ***** called me back and was extremely helpful. She talked to me, did a quick assessment and matched me up with a rehab center that I was looking for. She highly recommended it which meant a lot in my decision to go their. I wish I would have called their first and not waste time looking myself. She was awesome and helpful.

I highly recommend reaching out to drugaddiction.ca if you or a loved one is in need of some direction on overcoming addiction. My son 32 has had on and off addiction issues with cocaine for the past 7 years. I have tried countless times to get him into meetings, counselling etc. He did rehab twice in the past year (30 days government run) with no success. The past few months have been the worst, to the point I knew if I didn't do something I would be burying my son. He called me from a hotel room saying his kidneys hurt and he hadn't peed in over a day. I tried reaching out to many addiction services once again in my area with no immediate help offered. One woman actually told me the person in charge of a particular program was on vacation and to leave a voice mail!!! I reached out to COAST an addictions hotline and they could not help unless he was threatening to harm himself of someone else. Hopeless at this point, I reached out to ***** who was amazing, she was calm and knowledgeable as she has dealt with her own addiction issues in the past. My son was literally now homeless, no car, no money and not well mentally or physically but yet he was still getting high everyday but he agreed to speak with *****. Within an hour of speaking with her he was on the phone with a private rehab in ********* (***************). Thankfully my sons step father had the funds to pay for this private treatment and we had him on an airplane in a couple of days. (After a horrible weekend of literally trying to get him out of a dealers home). He arrived there yesterday and so far likes it. I've already had a few calls from staff there and am extremely happy with their compassion and understanding. Thank you ****** for caring and more importantly being able to direct me and my son in a crisis situation. You truly saved my sons life, and I am praying he will come out of rehab in three months and remain sober. Forever Grateful, *******
