I received a call from the sales department telling me I had to pay an invoice which I had no clue what this was all about. They talked to my husband in which he never agreed to any service and told them to call me As they called me they stated he wanted this service and here is my invoice. They sent me information and a invoice and in the email i stated i did not want this service. Now they are telling me I have to pay their invoice. I am not and i do not want the services Cant be anymore clearer and the sales lady was really rude on the phoneBusiness response

Good Morning,
We are responding to the complaint made by the client ' ***** ******* ******** . We sold our service to the owner Mr. ***** ******* on March 15,2022 over a monitored call and he confirmed and authorized it over a monitored call as well . A few days ago we called him for the payment and he told us to email the invoice to his office . We sent the email and called to confirm the receipt of email and spoke to a lady who said she will pay it as soon as he sees it . The next day she replies to us by saying that she will not pay the invoice and made a complaint to the *** when we said the order is already placed and the work completed therefore, a payment is due . the foul language she used is included in the attachment above . We also included the advertising we did for this company .
She called us a few times and was extremely rude and threatening after she made the complaint we are trying to resolve the issue with her by telling her that she can listen to all the calls but she keeps on yelling and using foul language and threats . We are not in business to be abused by people like her who think they can do whatever they want . We can take legal action against her too for her beg haviour but we are choosing to resolve this matter . We would like to amicably resolve this matter and will offer her the same cancellation policy that we offered her which is 50% for the work we did already but she gets nasty every time we offer a solution . We have all the calls if she does not want to resolve it then it's up to her but we are committed to making our clients happy and will do everything in our power to help resolve this matter.
Please tell her to call us calmly next week and we will help her resolve this matter as well as make her listen to the monitored calls . Hopefully this answers the complaint . Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries .

The sales team never called ***** they spoke to the owner of the company Mr. ***** ******* on 02/23/2022 regarding this advertising . He told them to proceed with the work . Then the quality control department called him again on the same day to confirm the order . All calls are monitored he told them to proceed with the work and send the invoice to his office . Then after the work was done the accounting department called him for payment he said to send the invoice to his email . After emailing we called the office to confirm if they had the invoice the lady confirmed that she did and she will pay it once he has seen it. After that the next day she emailed back that she's not paying the bill and had already made a complaint with the ***. We again tried to talk to her to explain our end but she would not let us talk . She is calling us rude she should try and listen to how she talks to people and does not let them explain.Customer response

Hello I can not getting ahead with this company all I want to do is cancel the services and they will not agree to do so. I requested to talk to the owner or manager and I can not get a response to that.
I am the owner as well which they seem not to acceptall I am asking is to cancel
