We requested a snow removal quote for two addresses, one has 3 parking slots and another one has 5 parking slots. We clearly indicated the addresses and parking slot numbers in the request. The merchant sent us a quote as we requested. (Please see attachment). We paid for the service as instructed. Last winter 2021-2022, we did not get tenants' complaints about the snow removal services. This winter 2022-2023, we got complaints for no services, then we contacted the merchant. All our tenants from 3 parking slots said no service until we contacted them two days ago. The merchant responded that they only do 1 parking slot for each address because they insisted that we paid for only one slot, they refused to provide the service for all 3 slots, The company account called me saying the price is only for one slot. The account said the service type is "Simple Entry" on the contract, which means one slot. However, we do not see the definition of Simple Entry to be one slot, We requested service for 3 parking slots. We reviewed the contract, and there is no place indicating how many parking slots, we believe it is carefully quoted and made, and naturally the contract covers our request. The merchant's behavior broke our original service request and lead us to a huge misunderstanding with tenants from two addresses. Once again, we made a clear service request, and the merchant responded to our request with a quote. We paid for it. We did not see any fault as a customer. We need the merchant to fulfill their duty and remove all parking slots for two addresses.
