On March 3, 2022, Desjardins Sport collected a snow blower from my home, to bring it in for repairs. After almost a month had passed, and I had heard nothing from the company--particularly no call giving me an estimate for repairs, and outlining the nature of repairs--I went in person. They then provided all required information, and committed themselves to a firm delivery date of April 12, for the repaired machine to be brought back to my home. That day passed. Then a week passed. When I received a garbled and unintelligible message from what sounded like the delivery man, I informed the company. I have not heard from them since. Weeks are passing, without delivery, and without communication. I have contacted them using their electronic contact form, three times. I use that form because my spoken French is limited. There are no responses. This feels like my machine has been confiscated.Customer response

I am happy to report that the conflict with Desjardins Sport has been resolved, as of today. Without any further explanation for the lack of communication, and the weeks it has taken to delivery an item that was allegedly repaired in March--the snow blower was delivered this morning, and it has been fully repaired.
It is more thank likely that their sudden burst of action was prompted by being contacted by the ***--thus, my many thanks to you for your wonderful service and vital organization.
