I had a scheduled delivery for 7/14/2024 and was home all day waiting for it. However, I received an email stating that the delivery attempt failed. This is baffling to me as I was home all day and did not receive any call from the driver.The next day I wasted 2 hours trying to contact customer service. After staying on hold for 30 minutes the phone just rang and ***** answered. The second customer service rep hung up and the third agent said the package was out for delivery. However the package was never delivered. I will never order from another company who uses your service.

They left my package in my lobby despite being told not to. They sent me a refund via Interac but they didnt give me the password to deposit it despite several requests. So I have not been refunded. Will never shop from anyone who uses them again.

I got an email from the site I ordered somethings from stating have been sign and that parcel was delivered I was home I went out there was nothing I went to my neighbors to check and ask them nothing. So I contacted the site and they give me this courrier info. This courrier never sent me an email with tracking nothing. They also give me phone numbers non e of which works. The site also sent me photos from uni express with my package of course qt the wrong door which is my neighbour. She stayed nothing was there and she didn't sign anything. My neighbour and I always receive each other packages at times and she has always called me if she gets mine vice versa. Mind you I got the email alert at 7:05pm from the site I ordered I was outside at 7:15pm. Nothing was delivered. My apartment is on a dead end with no traffic, so where is my package apparently the site I ordered from states they have to investigate before giving my a refund. It's the 1st time the site ever sent anything using this courrier to me. Uni express is not ready for business. If you are a courrier you have to send an alert to the customer with tracking number etc. Plus these delivery persons sometimes don't even really look at the addresses.

Worst delivery company I have ever had....I had ordered two parcels from China and neither one was delivered to my residence and we were home all day...a neighbor was nice enough to bring the parcel which was left at his place, where the driver just left it on the step and ran back to his truck, never even checked who lived there. The second parcel I never received at all and I kept telling Uni Express I never got the parcel and they said they had taken a picture of where it was left and when I received the picture it was not my residence..they left it at some townhouse on the step and I live in an apartment..you could tell a totally different place....then they sent another picture, again again a totally wrong place...then they asked me to send a picture of my place which I did and it was so obvious it was delivered to the wrong place...I have been sending messages back and forth to the seller which is ********* ******* *** and even showed the pictures that were sent to me by Uni Express and paid thru *** *** and they would not return my money..they had so much information about being sent to the wrong place, yet they insisted Uni Expres had deliverd it to me...so I got no reimbursement for the second parcel and was lucky a neighbor brought the first one over...********* believed Uni Express, even though I sent the pictures they sent me of where they delivered and where my actual place is..its unreal...Ive never seen such bad service in my life...never will I ever go through Uni Express here in Calgary or ********* ******* *** which are located in China...worst service ever...a very frustrating experience with both companies...terrible customer service

I had a parcel from China. Uni Express handled delivery in Ontario. Seller emailed me the parcel was delivered at 17:48 of December 31, 2021 by Uni Express. However I never received it. I tracked the shipping route and found out something strange as below; (1)December 31 was Sunday and New Year's Eve. Did these guys of Uni Express were still working hard on holiday? (2)"out for delivery" and "Delivered" bore same time line 17:48 of that day. It seems to me the parcel never left their warehouse. This probably the explanation why I never received the parcel and they said "Delivered". This is my painful experience with this courier company.

Worst delivery company ever. Driver threw my package when he was two extra feet away from my mailbox. Also didn’t even bother to knock at my door or walk the extra two feet, just threw it towards my door. I don’t even know how they hire such incompetent people like this

Awful tbh I'm surprised they have not been shut down just after all the reviews I see for the other branches. This was worst experience ever. I had a package get stuck on arrival scan after 3-4 days I started to get a little nervous so I started to search a little in the end I talked to ****** **** who told me a few days is a little strange but no need to worry. If after 10 days it's still stuck something is wrong and I need to contact the sender so I did after 10 days. They gave me another tracking number and a working contact info after finally talking to someone of uni they told me not to worry it will come next week so I waited another week still nothing. After waiting for over 3 weeks for them to deliver something that's only hour away I have given up and Monday I will for sure be calling to file complaint not just review ... AVOID THIS GARBAGE COMPANY AT ALL COST!!
