Chronological events: 1- On 24 Sept 2021, we called S&S conversions to report an issue with the air conditioner generating heat when the Air Conditioner is on. The defective part is under guarantie. 2- On 5ht of Oct. 2021, S&S conversions technician came to inspect the issue for 10 minutes and charged us for $224.20 on our credit card for the services without our knowledge. We later found out of it from looking at the bank statement. 2- Nov, 18, 2021, S&S Conversions scheduled a repair services at our house which was cancelled later (ref SA-*******). 3- S&S conversions repair came on April 6th, 2022 with the new part but could not repair it because the issue stems from another broken part. 4- We called S&S conversion multiple times between from Sept 2021 to now for the status of their repair but they kept saying that they have not received the required parts to fix. Customer dissatisfactions: 1- The first time the technician came, we were charge of $224.20 automatically on our credit card without our knowledge for an unrendered service. 2- We had been suffering from the heat during some periodes where it was very hot and we could not use our AC. 3- We have been waiting for more than 6 months for the issue to be fixed and missing parts to be received. It is unacceptable for the company that failed to deliver timely services to us as one of their client. Requests: 1- We would like S&S conversions to effectue a n immediate repair on our conditioniner. 2- A reimbursement of $224.20 as a compensation of our dissatisfaction.
