I purchased a mobility device from this company for total of 5693.00 and 159.00 for a remote that is not working or get paired with mobility chair in December 2021 and finally got a handy man to install it in March when the snow was gone. Two days later I noticed that there are black stain on carpet and the wheels are not working properly. Since then I am trying to get someone to take a look at it and repair or exchange the product if it is faulty. After many emails and phone calls nothing was done. The company refuses to give the contact information for their agent in Toronto and now they are asking for the device to be put back in box and shipped to Calgary at my cost . I asked for an associate in Toronto but they refused. The reason as they explained is that contact in Toronto is not feeling well for the last two months. They refuse to even provide the contact info of the imaginary person they have in Toronto. I am dependent on the device for mobility issues and as you see in the uploaded video the wheel is not working properly.
