      I placed an order with EMSO on June 29th 2022. On July 4th I emailed them asking for an update, as it was supposed to arrive that day. They replied on the 6th saying the item was out of stock. I have reached out to them via their ticketing system 4 times with no response since then. I have also emailed, messaged them on facebook, and left voicemail with no response. I requested that they cancel the order as I went elsewhere to purchase the product, since they dont stock it anymore. I think that too long has passed for them to simply respond to me, so I am filing a complaint in hopes that you can get their attention to resolve this issue.

      On 9-15-2021 I ordered and paid $160.00 for a motor for my scooter which this company said it could provide, which I have not received. Invoice number is *********. Order number is ********** I would like to know ** **** ** * ********** ******** ** * ***** * what happened to the money, since I have not received the required goods.

      Good Morning,

      We have contact Mrs ***** to advise her that the part that she ordered was no longer available and she could order only the complete assembly who will cost $600.00

       

      Mrs. ***** send us by email an answer that she will be interested to order the complete assembly and paid the difference of price.

       

      We are working on it to order the new part and let her know the estimate time delivery.

       

      The problem is resolve with the customer and you should be able to verify with her

       

      Pls be ensure that we are taking care of Mrs ***** and everything will be done to make sure that she is satisfied
