      Terrible company. I purchased a ******-bed with a folding desk and two side cabinets. One side cabinet had incorrect pieces and could not be assembled.On the other cabinet, the drawer handle screws prevent the drawer from closing flush, leaving a gap.All seams had excessive amounts of veneer glue which was difficult to remove and left a dark line around all the seams, making the product look cheap overall.Assembly was frustrating, with squaring the bed facade very difficult. The instructions state the outside edge must be secured to holes in the bed frame, but the facade doesn't extend far enough to reach the holes, making the portions that support the desk less sturdy. The desk itself will not stay in a closed position, possibly because of this, and I would have to purchase another mechanism if it can't be returned.The little side doors on the bed overlap those holes, so I could s**** it permanently shut? The side doors are also an inch longer than the facade and there is no strip to seal this gap, and there is no method of assembly to prevent this gap. Oddly, there is no gap in the website photos.I ended up with extra pieces with no explanation and wasted a significant time looking over the instructions to make sure nothing had been missed before concluding they must belong to a different model.I left a negative review online and it was immediately deleted.I have filed a complaint with the ********************** for malicious practices.I have requested a refund from the seller and I have my fingers crossed that since I didn't buy direct their policy will be more forgiving - not this 30 day satisfaction on unassembled products with a 20% restocking fee nonsense from Bestar.Do not buy from this company.

      The worst retail experience I have ever had in my life. We ordered a ****** bed from them, and they mixed up our order, they put some parts for a queen sized bed, and some parts for a double size bed, making the ****** bed impossible to build. I lost $1000 in trying to build this when it was impossible and I did not get the product I wanted. The company WILL NOT take responsibility for their mistake, and blames ****** who built it. The instructions were radically poorly written, that an experienced engineer had a very hard time to figure it out, its almost as if the instructions were purposefully written very poorly so you would have to pay someone to build it. DO NOT buy from these people, its been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE and they offered no help expect to ship the correct parts, and who knows what will happen then, more mistakes? more mixed up parts? more lost money more frustration and lost time, and again they take no responsibility for THEIR MISTAKES and we out money, time, peace, and left with a piece of garbage product. This is not the end, and I do not accept this, I will be working hard to get justice and make this as known as possible, I will go to great lengths for this. I will not be quiet about this. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

      I'm only leaving a review here because I tried on the site, and my review was deleted. There also is not anywhere else I can find legit reviews which is strange... I purchased some shelving units to turn a small bedroom in my house to a walk-in closet. The photos on the Bestar site show that the pieces all perfectly align together. I purchased 83W Walk-In Closet Organizer 1, which is essentially 4 separate units sold together that are supposed to align. I also bought 36W Closet Organizer 1 First off, they were very hard to assemble. I am a 6' female who is fit and strong, and my boyfriend, who helped, is 6'4" and a muscular guy. The two of us found it a challenge. The instructions say 2 people, but I'm not sure how 2 people smaller than us would have got together. It was hard to do! But its all good; we got it done. The real disappointing part is that once the sections are assembled, they do not align; the heights are different, which is very obvious. I ended up leaving each section with about 6 inches in between because, at least this way, it looks ok, and someone cannot so obviously notice that the sections that should fit together are not aligned. Thankfully my room is big enough to do that. So that looks okay now, which is why I'm giving it a 2 star. I just find it frustrating that the height with the different sections is so off and not as in the pictures. I'm not returning it and did not bother writing the company bc it was so hard to assemble in the first place. I'm not taking it apart and reboxing it... even if I was allowed a refund. The finish looks nice, and if you have the space in your home and don't mind all the sections not aligned beside each other as they show in the photos, then you might be happy with it. But just felt its good to let people know what you actually get when you purchase the closet organizers.

      Buyer beware. The product is not what is advertised and the quality of the desk that I ordered was horrific. I contacted Bestar because it was delivered in boxes, and nothing was assembled. The instructions were totally disorganized and written by an engineer. If the Executive team at Bestar cant assemble the product, then why sell it? .AND IM SURE THEY NEVER TRIED!!!They responded to ONE of my emails asking me to notify them of all the broken pieces and chips. I never heard from them again.Do not purchase from Bestar unless you want issues.

      Horrible customer service! For the last 2 years Ive emailed them asking if the remote for desk that I bought could be switched from the stock up/down function to one with up/down + memory. Never received a response even after receiving the generic someone will get back to you in a few business days. Never received a formal response. I finally called their mainline to talk to someone and they said the remote couldnt be swapped for another and thats it. The customer service rep. was short with me and very rude.I looked under the desk and got ahold of the control box manufacturer. They were pleasant to deal with and advised me that there is a remote that I can purchase that works with the control box.

      I would give it a 0. Furniture is cheap press wood and easily breaks. Plus they charge 20% restocking fee for returns. Sure is a scam since they sell a garbage product!

      One star is being generous! We placed an order for 2 desks on December 26, 2022 for 2 desks. They should have arrived after a couple of weeks. Two months later we received one desk after numerous inquiries. The second desk? Oops forgot to reorder it, so now it has been almost 3 months and we still only have 1 desk. We called 5o put in a complaint and ask what they would do to make this right and all we got was we will order another desk. Will we see it within the next three months?! Who knows. Stay far far away from this company. The desk that did come was mislabeled and very difficult to put together. I hope this keeps you from going through what we have!

      The ****** bed is great, difficult to assemble but works perfectly. I, by my own mistake, damaged 1 of the doors. I called and they are shipping out a new door, covered by my warrenty. Staff have been very helpful.

      This company is very sketchy. After ordering furniture, I had not received anything after 14 days. Emails and cals to customer service were not helpful. They said I could call the shipper, good luck. After an hour on hold, the shipping company mentioned that I had to schedule a delivery. This was never mentioned by Bestar during the buying process or when I connected with different customer service agents. After reading the reviews here, Im also concerned a pour the quality of the item I receive. I would advise you look elsewhere, company has too many red flags
