My parents had a shower installed and it was a longer than expected process with lots of problems.When it was finally done ******* promised my parents 5 free caulking redos, well you guessed it that never happened they wanted 150$ so much for your word I guess that means nothing.In 2020 we found cracks in the base of the shower and they came and replaced it free of charge, but at quite an inconvenience for 2 elderly people who can not use a tub to easily.Now 2023 again there are 5 cracks in the base, but now they want 400$ for the repair. A very *********************** was telling them that if they did not pay their warranty would be void. ******* stepped in and told them there would be no charge and the warranty would still be valid. ****** had to come back twice to fix his shoddy work, at this point my parents just want him to leave as it has been an overwhelming experience for them. My mother is getting injections in her eyes because she is going blind, and not being able to use the shower plus having to deal with the frustration of all of this to my 91 year dad was more than enough. They have not repaired the water damage done to the ceiling. I have been waiting since October to get a confirmation of our telephone conversation with ******* saying that their warranty is in fact valid and that any further repairs will be done free of charge. By the way the head office number is a scam!!! No one calls you back from there.Review from David M

I hired Bathfitter (Dartmouth.) They came, gave an estimate and, happily, took my deposit, of course. The job was started, in July 2023, the company forgot to order the roof of the shower stall and the shower hardware. He has been stalling me ever since, saying itll be here soon, itll be here in 3 weeks, etc, etc. Its now October 17, 2023 and still no results. I tried to file a complaint last year do you have the record. I am *************************** and it was with bath fitter I was hacked and lost the emails. can you help? thanks
