This company sends fake delivery notices for parcels in order to recieve calls for their reverse osmosis filter *****.Business response

Thank you for taking the time to send us your concerns. We appreciate your input and as result we have discontinued this marketing campaign. We do in fact provide parcels for customers that call in response to our card and we are not "fake" in any way shape or form. We have many customers who enjoy their parcel gift. With that said however we do recognize that certain people such as yourself did not fully understand the marketing material and as a result we have discontinued the campaign. Thank you once again for your concerns and we appreciate your feedback.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The response did not guarantee that they would stop sending materials. The response also does not guarantee that they will not begin another round of these fake delivery notices. Since the company has been doing this in the past and only claims to have stopped this campaign, there is no commitment to not start yet another deceitful campaign campaign in the future. In fact, this scam includes a component where fake water testing is provided to make victims fear their water and install water treatment systems at twice the local rate. I demand that this business stop scamming people and stop sending us spam. Permanently.
