            I bought 4 Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain Plus tires for my truck in March 2022. This set of tires only lasted 40,000 km, despite being rated for 80,000 km. When my dealer contacted Pirelli to report the premature wear, my claim was denied because Pirelli said that the tires were not rotated by an authorized Pirelli dealer. When I bought the tires, the requirement to have a dealer rotate the tires was not communicated to me. So, if you rotate your tires yourself, don't expect any support from Pirelli. I would never buy these tires again, and based on Pirelli's poor customer service, I will never buy Pirelli tires again.

            I bought a set of 225/65R17 scorpion all terrain tires. When installed there was 94 771km on the machine. I noticed the tires are wearing choppy on the in side and out side of tire 97 833km on machine at that time. I went to the dealer I bought the tires from and told him what was going on. He informed me I would need to get my suv inspected by a garage to make sure all front end components were ok and I would have to get a wheel alignment. I done that at my expense. Contacted Pirelli told them what was happening. The answer to me was take off the tires and send them back so they can inspect to see if its a case for warranty. **** km driven on the tires, everything fine with the suv and they expects me to send my tires back for inspection. Ok so I asked what am I suppose to put on my suv to drive on? Pirelli answer thats not our problem. I paid a little over $1000 for tires and all I got is a pile of garbage. 6 months later and Im gonna have to buy another set of tires. I can guarantee you Pirelli will never get another 5 cents of money from me. If this is what they call customer service they got a lot to learn. Anyone foolish enough to buy there products beware of there warranty. Not worth the paper its written on.
