Last November I purchased the Vosker V150 cellular security camera. About 30 days later, it got moisture inside the camera and failed. I ordered a new one. About 30 days later it happened again. Surprisingly, this occurred again and again, with 4 different cameras. The 4th one eventually worked because the rain stopped! It worked throughout the spring, summer and fall until, you guessed it, it started to rain again! Having a security camera that cannot work in the rain is useless! Calling Vosker meant I was on hold forever. You could press a number to get a call back but no one called. One day I decided to stay on hold as long as it took to talk to someone. It was over an hour. By that time I was 5 minutes away from the camera. The representative said they would call in 10 minutes to allow me time to get on a ladder where the tree/camera was. They never called. The next day, I called again, was on hold for 45 minutes, reached a supervisor and explained the hours on hold. He made an appointment to call me Monday at 9 am so I waited by the tree with my ladder. The call never came in.Representatives would send an email saying they tried to reach me and listed my cell number. As you know, if someone calls your cell phone, you will see an incoming call or voicemail. No calls were ever made to me. I feel the product is inferior and have documented the service is the worst I have ever seen. I cant believe I gave them so many chances. When I did reach someone, they made me jump through hoops doing the same thing over and over, causing hours on the phone. Dont waste your time with Vosker.

We made three attempts to call the customer for assistance, but the calls went to voicemail. To address their issues and find an alternative way to contact them, we have sent a follow-up email. Thank you.

I have read through Vosker, I really like it and don't want to buy it and still waiting for the future Vosker to release a camera that can only record movies, not take pictures, just a single function in a nutshell. Cloud fee is not too expensive per month as now Vosker is selling on its own site, it is limited and too costly for unnecessary things, what I need is a machine with 2K or 4K, Cloud package $50 There is no limit on viewing time, but current packages are too wasteful and used incorrectly, like throwing money on the highway "In general, you have to save money for customers like me"

We tried to contact the customer to assist more than 2 times but could not reach him. A follow-up email has been sent to them to get a preferred timeslot, so we can speak with them to handle their issues. Thank you!
