Good Day *****,
The mentioned client took a loan with us on 2020-02-17. as you can see in the attachments, the client took funds, and never paid a penny back towards his loan. this client's first payment was returned to us as "Refused - no Agreement" and her second payment returned as " Closed Account". we have tried to contact the client for several months but with no success to get the client respect the contract she signed.
The contracts signed states we can withdraw from the clients bank account as long as funds are owed, with respect to the law.
The client summited a new application, with new banking information, to which we restarted our collection efforts.
We are also willing to work with the client and set up an affordable payment arrangement, but the client keeps revoking her payments at the bank.thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I did not submit new banking information to this company . A Different company king cash forwarded my banking information which I do not have a contract with them they forwarded my banking information to this company. This company has been using different names to withdraw money from my account . That is not in any contract
