Bought certified pre owned truck from bridges Chevrolet Exactly 3 months after purchase truck had problems Fought to get truck fixed under the certified pre owned warranty After two weeks truck got fixed One week after truck was fixed problem came back Costed me 3000 dollars to get the truck diagnosed and to send the truck from Saskatoon to battleford to get fixed under warranty after two weeks of calling everyday waiting on answer to see if they were fixing it Seems like they fixed the truck with a bad part or didn’t fix properly at all now my warranty is over and they wasted my 3000 dollars and three weeks without a running truck to get back a truck that was only in running condition for a week I would like the dealership to buy the truck back for close to what I paid for or a complete fix to the truck that is going to keep it from happening again After buying a 45000 dollar certified pre owned truck you’re guaranteed by there certified pre owned that the truck will be in good condition this truck was not and they seemed like they didn’t want to fix the truck under the certified pre owned warranty and to get it fixed now I will be losing over 10000 on a truck I’ve owned since November 2023 I originally sent a claim in but the day I did they finally made the decision to fix the truck but they did not fix it how they should haveBusiness response

I am very confused as to why we would get this complaint as we actually fixed ****'s truck under warranty even though his warranty technically expired. As a matter of fact, he took the truck initially to ** **** in Saskatoon 3 days after his 3 month warranty expired. This is a GM warranty and ** **** is not approved to do GM warranty work so we told **** to bring it to us and we would try our best to get him warranty (************* ********). In short we got GM to agree to fix the truck entirely with no cost to **** other than getting the truck to North Battleford from Saskatoon which would be at his expense, a very small expense as compared to the work we got GM to fix on a truck that **** was over on warranty and declined extended warranty (**** ********). As for the $3000, we have no idea what this could be as we have not had any communication from **** since he picked up the truck. My Service Manager ***** and I are very confused as to what ****'s complaint is or his motivation for sending it to you is. In contrast we actually went way above and beyond to get ****'s truck fixed under warranty when in all actuality he had no warranty left. Thank you for bringing this to my attention but we do take complaints very seriously at Bridges and have an excellent reputation in our community. I'm shocked that you would have received this complaint as we have had zero communication from ****.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
The truck was driven for under a week before the same issue came back clearly it was not fixed properly your employee said I had warranty for the truck if it was fixed under warranty to drivable capability I would be happy my cost was from tow trucks to get the truck to ** **** then to north battleford for fix and the diagnosis now I have to get the truck back in to charge me full price to complete the truck properly and they are refusing because they feel it is not right to take my money after this issue with the dealership

I'm sorry you will not accept our responses ****, we fixed your truck under warranty, not sure what else we could have done. If there were problems after we fixed it then it's pretty hard for us to remedy the issue when you don't contact us but choose to take this channel. We've done everything in our power and would like this case closed please as I feel we're at an impasse. Thank you *****
