    A contract was drawn on March 15, 2021 for a wall system to be delivered and installed within 6-8 weeks, latest end of May with the area manager Darcey B***. He seemed very ambitious and easy to work with. He also introduced himself as family member to *********************. which is part of Canadian Factory Direct Sunrooms. I mentioned to Darcey about getting this project done before June since we had family coming for visit and he said there shouldn't be any problem. Everything will be done by the end of May. ***************************************
    I was checking with Darcey for the progress of our wall system and their manufacturing office if all was ok and on track and on time. Darcey's response was yes he's been updated all is on track for delivery and install.
    There was no communication from Darcey unless I was sending emails or calling for updates. I thought maybe he was too busy but in the back of my mind I was not satisfied with Darcey's communication and how I was not being contacted regarding delivery and install by the end of May.
    After a few calls to the main office and emails CC'd to Darcey. On June 7th, 2021 I had an email from Mike S******* General Manager stating my sunroom will be out for delivery on the week of June 14th, 2021. His excuse was that they can't find a shipping company for delivery?
    No delivery and contact was made by the company as promised for the week of 14th. I sent another email to both parties and this time I got a call as well as an email from Mike S******* stating.
    "Your room will be out the week of June 21st. The install from Darcey will be the same week.
    Your sunroom is in production and your framing is complete, your windows will be complete by the end of the week".
    Even though they were late and no communication was made from our initial contact person Darcey B***. He is supposed to be an Area Manager for the company. My wife and I were ok with their plan and we thought we would have everything finished by end of the month. I sent an email thanking Mike.
    Before promised week of 21st i called Mike just to make sure, now I don't trust their word. He said your wall system is on it's way all should be good to go. Darcey will contact you for installation.
    Week of 21st came and no one called and no emails, my wife and I out of frustration sent Mike an email that if we don't get the wall system delivered and installed by the end of the month (June) because of our initial plans and family coming. We will have to cancel the order.
    I placed a call and talked to the owner of the company Bruce M*****. He apologized and said we will take care of you there's been problem with the production.... your wall system will be at your place tomorrow it's sitting at his son in laws place and once delivered you have to make full payment. I responded based on what we signed on the contract and states balance to be paid when work is complete. Bruce said, no way we need the remaining balance once it's delivered. You have to pay Darcey separate for his installation. Bruce also stated that Darcey has made a mistake and he under quoted you on your quote.
    I told Bruce that's not my problem. If there was a mistake then some one from the company or Darcey should've contacted me all along. No one, not even once said anything about mistakes and misquotes.
    I thought everything would be ok and they will deliver and install. (In my dreams) nothing was delivered and I had a phone VM from the owner of the company stating we aren't going to make your deadline and we are cancelling your order based on your email request. My wife and I made this plan for a year and were prepared and were so excited to go ahead and have the enclosed balcony. Unfortunately those dreams were shattered by lack of professionalism of this company. we decided to write a review about this shady and unprofessional company to warn others of our experience, who we trusted and left our dreams with them, but they did not deliver. still until today No contact nor apologies from the company or Darcey B***.

    Nassir. I realize you being frustrated and so are we. Like every industry, timelines this year have been messy with material, hardware and glass shortages. Maybe our communication to you was not great to begin with, but when you started dealing direct with the head office we made it very clear what was going to happen. On June 23rd you said in an email that if your sunroom was not delivered and installed by the end of the month, your contract will have to be cancelled and you will expect a full refund. While the room was completed at the factory and loaded into the truck bound for Calgary, your intentions to cancel were clear and with that we returned your money and cancelled the contract. The sunroom was brought back to the factory and is currently in storage. We are the ones out time and money on this project, as no two rooms are the same and yours can never be used for another project. If we could do it again it would be handled very differently.

    To Whom it may concern, as you can see from my previous comment. There was no communication and my wife and I were very frustrated waiting so long for this project. I was the one running behind you guys. I was told lies that my sunroom is already on it's way. Can't get a truck for delivery? Or it's sitting in Calgary at my son in laws place? I did mention to the owner of the company we can work with you let's get it done especially if and only if, it was manufactured in first place?? I get more out of you guys now then when we had the contract and was waiting for the delivery and installation. The owner of the company tried to pull a fast one stating I had to pay everything upon delivery and pay extra for installation?? No one wants to talk about this and why not?? I will attach the contract so you can see it clearly states balance to be paid when work is complete. The total price was including installation. Darcey's initials are there to prove it. He never once mentioned that I had to pay extra for install?? Never once called for updates or if he made a mistake on his quotation nor apologized for his lake of professionalism. I don't see where I can add the contract for other's to see there is no options.
