I called on Wednesday October 26 to book an appointment to get my winter tires put on. I was told they can only do that if I dropped the car off at 1 and it would be ready between 1-5. I they also stated I could not wait inside there. I said that's not acceptable and I simply want my winter tires back that I had paid to store there. He told me he was too busy and hung up. I phones head office and was transferred to a ***** I believe his name was. He told me he would phone **** and tell him to get my tires back. I again called and was hung up on. I called ***** again and he said **** would call me Thursday to pick my tires up. Nobody called. I called ***** back Thursday afternoon and he said go get your tires Friday morning at 9 am. I went at 9 am and **** told me to **** off and get off his property he wasn't giving my tires back.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/11/01) */ Individual contacted us to book an appointment. Like all automotive and tire centres in Regina at this time of year, we were extremely busy and booking appointments 10 days in advance. At this time of year it is our business practice to ask customers to leave their vehicle with us for either the morning or afternoon. This ensures service will be completed the day the appointment is made. We have been doing this for years and it works very well for our customers. Also, we continue to follow/ observe precautions for COVID and ask customers to not wait inside our business. Individual did not like these practices and asked to pick up the tires stored here. When we were not able to agree to the date the customer requested he pick up the tires, he became very rude and demanding. When we tried to explain our reason, he hung up. He then called others to complain. When he called back, he again was rude and swore at staff on the phone. We do not allow any abuse of our employees, and when he continued, we tried to calm him and explain but he hung up. The customer came and picked up the tires on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 1:45 pm. It should be noted that when he picked up his tires, he was driving very erratically, almost hit other cars on our lot and was beeping his horn. The company is lying and refused to give me my tires for 3 days because I would not do business with them. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* He held my tires hostage for 3 days and when head office told me to go get them Friday as they were my tires he kicked me out of my shop and told me to *** off. I was completely in shock. My friends, family, even the police were shocked by this man not giving my property back. He was on an ego trip and it truly was a horrible experience. *****************************************************************
