Avoid at all costs. It's a home daycare where there are 12 kids I guess and she apparently has help but are her children itself, but the problem is, her employees never are found. Makes a parent want to assume that she herself manages all the 12 or 15 whatever kids. That's not the worst part, she expects a 20 month old to listen to her from day 1. Our toddler went there for 2hrs a day and obviously used to cry all the time, which I'm sure happens everywhere. I'm sure she as the Owner also cried after starting a business. Her comments were so degrading, an example of what she complained to us after literally 2hrs of leaving our child there for a week was " I have to take Tylenol everyday after your child leaves". I don't understand how can one start a business, charge clients and expect that it'll be easy. Our toddler had more brains than this woman clearly. Because when we then put our toddler in another daycare where actually there's a Caretaker for every 5 kids, in a couple of months things were fine. I still can't understand, how someone thinks of opening a daycare and not expect a crying and upset child. By the way, within the 2 weeks my toddler was there, there were certain improvements like Not crying while entering the daycare after week 1 itself and eating a couple of bites, hugging this woman out of helplessness. Sumeira is not at all capable of running this daycare. I wish and pray that toxic people like her should be banned from doing this business as that affects a child's developing brain. I wish that the Authority does spot checks.
