    I went to this store on Friday, December 10/2021 in the afternoon and I asked for couple of items and their staff said I should go and check the aisle for these items, I told the staff that I can't find it in that aisle and if he could use his telecom phone to verify if the items are still in the store or check for it in the back, he said he won't do it. I went to the manager (Mike) and told him what the staff did, but Mike did not correct this staff neither did he apologize for this incident, this is the fourth time this incident has occurred in this store and every time this incident occurs, I let the manager (Mike) know but he does nothing to rectify this situation, this is a very bad and horrible customer service.

    I noticed *************************************************************** ****************************** a ******** female staff purchased an item on Friday, December 10/2021 less than $100 and she took a free bag of package, I thought the free bag of package was eligible to customers that purchased items worth of $150 or more.

    Can the manager (Mike) be replaced or changed because I believe he is not equipped to manage this store in a professional way, and he refuses to train his employees on how to deliver exceptional customer service. The store website has no email address where customers can send emails if they have any complaints or issues and when you call the store, you get this same unprofessional staffs on the phone, maybe that's why, the manager (Mike) acts very unprofessional and refuses to train the staffs assigned to him because no one holds him accountable for his bad work ethics and unprofessionalism.

    I really enjoy shopping at this store but with Mike been the manager and allowing the staffs to continue to deliver terrible customer service is not encouraging to come shop at this store again.
