This happened between September 7 to September 18. So far, I paid $6000 to them, and I have to pay another $26000 to fix the mess they created. The business committed to renovating my house including painting, flooring, washroom, and kitchen. They did Negligence of safety. They release asbestos all over my house without testing it 1st and walk away and said they won't pay for the cleaning. The business didn't try to resolve the problem at all.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2022/12/01) */ Before we started our work there was another contracting company onsite doing the work. There was no mention of why they were there-through more questioning we found out they have discovered asbestos in the floor- there was no mention of this to our worker's or anyone in our company. There was no proper signage to warn anyone coming in or out of the property that there was asbestos present. We have had several of our workers get tested for asbestos as a result of the home-owners negligence. Why are we being blamed for this is unwarranted. Mr ***** needs to take ownership of this with his Insurance company, and make a safe work environment with all parties involved.
