Hi! I would like to make a complaint again the company Local experienced movers 2242 Pasqua st Regina Saskatchewan S4T 4M4 I called this company to move me on Wednesday Oct 6 2022, I asked for quotes and she told me 2 guys and a truck would be $120 and 3 guys and a truck would be $160. I told her I would take the 2 guys and a truck for $120. I asked them to be there by 4 the following day. Thursday the 7th they didn't show up at 4 so I called them at 4:45 pm. They said they were on their way, they didn't show up until shortly after 5. When they arrived there was only ****** (company owner) and 1 guy, they stood around the truck talking and doing whatever they were doing. She then came in and told me that they had stuff on the truck from a business that had closed before they got there to deliver it. The one guy started carrying boxes at about 5:30 (I even helped, and I shouldn't have had to). The other guy showed up at 6pm. They loaded the truck, which took a very long time. We then left that place and proceeded to the one I was moving to. They left before me and I arrived before them. We waited for them to come for about a half hour, so I called them and she said they needed to go and get a jacket for ****** (the company owner). They finally arrived and started unloading the truck. When it was empty, she came to give me the bill which was extremely high so I asked her why it was so high. She proceeded to tell me that I had 3 people moving. I told her I asked for 2 and she said well you got 3. I told her I didn't ask for 3 and I shouldn't have to pay for 3. I was to tired to have this discussion so I paid it ( not happily as I was scammed into it). They didn't even take the whole house, my son in law had to take a load with a trailer he had. Upon further searching of stuff, I found my couch legs are missing a castor for a bed and I believe some boxes as I can't find a lot of stuff.
